They dont read directions on online orders Many times I request dress g on side. Its on top and way more then I put on. Salads dont get chopped up most of the time. Very difficult to eat. Other then that the service when I go in is great and they listen to what you request

From out of town and ordered online. The two people on staff made the sandwiches perfectly, but the store was out of avocado, lemonade, three different cheeses, and different kinds of chips. Shame on the owner for setting up their employees for failure. The poor employees are the ones who have to handle angry customers.

Daniel and Bob at Subway in Montpelier went above and beyond tonight! We arrived at 8:50 PM after baseball games, just before closing. Despite clearly preparing to leave, they eagerly served us, suggested delicious sandwiches, and encouraged us to dine in. Their exemplary service and great food made our late-night stop truly positive.

On Monday August 19, I stopped to grab a sandwich and a young girl with glasses prepared it for me. I was the only one there and she carefully crafted to my preference. I’ve eaten at Subway many, many times but this was the best Subway sandwich I’ve ever had!!!! The bread was delicious with a European bakery texture, just the right amount of encrusted cheese. Veggies were fresh and meats delicious (#30 The Beast). I was driving while I ate and when I finished, felt like turning around and driving 30 miles to get another one! Just wanted to complement the girl who made the sandwich and the owner/staff for such delicious food!

We stopped in for lunch on our way from Star Valley to Soda Springs 4/4/23. We were very pleased the the food and service. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, as well as professional. I wish I would’ve noticed their names because they definitely deserved a shout out. The restaurant is well kept and clean and the additional options beyond sandwiches was a hit for my family with varied desires.
I’m certain we’ll be stopping again when we’re passing through in the future.

Horrible service. It was extremely slow, waited 45 minimum for a 6 inch with barely any line. One girl was carrying to whole restaurant on her back. The other 2 employees were either lounging around in the back or near the register. The only time we asked her for help was when we had to close and cut up our sandwich. She dumped all the veggies on the paper and cut it extremely sloppy. I think her name was Marjory. In short, horrible service and only 1 working employee. If i could rate this place a 0 I would.

Stopped at Montpelier Idaho Subway at 8:40 PM on Saturday. Door was locked and three teenagers were inside talking. Door said they were open until 9:00 PM. Knocked and asked them why they were not open. Kid paused then said they were out of bread. I could tell he was not being truthful they just wanted to be done early. Kids are either not taught or just bad employees but either way will never stop there again. Hopefully the owner sees this.

I placed an online order. Went to pick it up, My order hadn’t been made because one worker assumed the other was going to do it. Ran another errand and came back and the main workers kids were running around in the back BAREFOOT, while the worker was texting. Didn’t even acknowledge me as I was standing at the counter. I hate that I have to say this isn’t the first time I’ve had a less than desirable experience here. I’ve had the worker answer her cell phone in the middle of making my sandwich, without changing her gloves.. very disappointed that the customer service and health codes aren’t being followed here. Do better.
