Pizzeria Mario on Vashon Island has such a cool vibe! The red-themed decor really sets the mood—red walls, red couch, and even a red stand mixer. I loved how you can watch them make the pizza right in front of you. I took my slice to go and totally forgot to take a picture, but it was absolutely delicious! A great little spot to check out if you’re in the area.

I came here seeing the praise from the other reviews. I got pizza by the slice, and it was extremely flavorless. I was very disappointed. The menu board is currently out of date, and the pizza is reheated upon order from a cabinet of premade slices. You can only pick from those slice options. The atmosphere was nice.

Perfect place to grab a bite after a day exploring Vashon. We were drawn inside by the mouthed-watering smell, and the pizza did not disappoint! The slices are huge and inexpensive, and the staff was super friendly. Nice, laidback atmosphere, sidewalk seating, and a great mix of 80s-2000s hits playing on the stereo. Will definitely return.

Didn’t expect much from a place with pizza by the slice out of NJ/NY but that was some excellent pizza.
The crust was great, and the sauce flavorful. Very much recommend stopping in if you’re looking for some pizza.
I wish I had been looking for a full meal and could have gotten a whole pie.
Definitely will be stopping by next time I’m through and getting a full meal.

GREAT PIZZA!! grabbed a slice before a hike and it was perfectly perfect not to heavy or greasy. it had thin and crispy crust the sauce is so well balanced I was in pizza bliss. veg options and classic options ready to go. Some bartenders don’t deserve your tips.
