We’re visiting from NY. I think the food was just okay but not amazing. The presentation was really nice but the flavor was pretty average. I agree with what most people are saying. I’m pregnant and needed to have protein and not just carbs and sugar so $1.99 for a single egg was a bit much/ overpriced. A dozen eggs costs around $2-$3 and while restaurants have to profit I feel this could have been the price for at least 2 eggs as a side of eggs.
My husband ordered a cinnamon stuffed French toast and he says the cinnamon swirl bread taste like store bought? Like Thomas or pepper ridge farm bread that want fluffy and that the filling inside tasted just like cream cheese. He actually scooped it out half way through his meal . He said the flavor was 1 dimensional and not good. We also had coffee because we didn’t like our hotel coffee very much and he said the coffee was no better. Let’s just say he complained on the drive home and didn’t even want his leftovers which was pretty sad because we don’t like to waste food.
My pancakes, the strawberry cheesecake large stack, was pretty good. Again, average tasting packages, the whip cream tasted fresh but my husband said it was way too thick and didn’t move lol I thought it was fine but a little overpriced. Almost $30 a person for breakfast and coffee. I don’t think we would come back to try anything else on our next trip just because of the prices and how disappointed my husband was. Lol he was way too unhappy and you know how it is to be excited to try new food only to be disappointed.

The best breakfast place in South Jersey. The quality of food is the same every visit and never disappoints. The restaurant has gotten a little pricey since moving into the new location, but it’s worth it for the good service and quality food. Portions are large and I never leave without having leftovers to take home.

First time visit. Bright and clean establishment . Service was excellent, friendly and attentive. Table of two one got omelet which was fresh and fluffy and well stuffed with the ordered veggies, a very good rye bread and well season home fries. Second order was the two eggs, bacon and a sausage link that came with the same home fries and two pancakes that you can “fancy up” for an additional charge. Many great sounding pancakes available. Chose the Cinamon Swirl off the charts delicious. Water and coffee kept full. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to return and try another pancake variety.

came! The omelettes
and pancakes were superb! Our waitress was very sweet also! If around again will definitely be back! My gf ordered the surf and turf benedict and you can taste that the seafood was fresh! The raspberry white chocolate pancakes were sweet and not overpowering, can’t saw enough about the home made whipped cream! Definitely recommend for any foodie out there!

Had a friend recommend me this beautiful breakfast spot. I ordered the Swirl’s Amaretto Stuffed French Toast and wow the almond paste is so rich and fragrant. I could definitely tell it was divinely homemade, reminds me of a freshly baked almond croissant . My spouse had the cream chipped beef. The bechamel sauce was savory and delicious. 9.8/10! The atmosphere was cozy and friendly. The staff was caring and efficient. Would definitely be coming back.

This was my first time eating here an the food was amazing I got the mini stack strawberry shortcake pancakes and that’s exactly how it taste. The pancakes are big and delicious alo their fulfilling. Also everything was fresh including the fruit I actually Saturday when my grandma passed away so by the workers and owners being nice and the food being delicious it helped. I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be going back

Had been looking forward to going since they reopened and it did not disappoint! I got the amaretto French toast and it was almondy and delicious! My husband got the Oscar Benedict and it was as good as it always was. The food came out super fast which was great because we have a restless toddler. All the staff were very welcoming and kind. We don’t live close but we’ll definitely be back when we can!

Enjoyed our brunch, off season at Sha Swirl! We dined in and were their last table, they accommodated us easily.
We ate a custom omelette which was described as fluffy and boy do they mean it! The light and fluffy eggs were overflowing with yummy ingredients.
We also ordered a crab Benedict which had a well made with yummy poached eggs and lots of lump crab meat. It’s a good sign to get a small piece of shell in the meat it’s fresh.
Both were served with seasoned home fries which were massive and despite the name, not competing with anything else on the plate.
Our server was Andres who was attentive, kind and did a great job.
We learned this is a relatively new establishment, opening this year.
I would come back next time in the area and would recommend it to others.
