On February 28, 2026, around 10 a.m., I ordered a footlong sandwich at Subway.

The woman working that morning was incredibly kind and friendly. She thoughtfully suggested making the sandwich half and half so I could try two different flavors, which I really appreciated. It made my experience even better!

Subway always offers fresh ingredients at a reasonable price, and I’m always thankful for a delicious and satisfying meal.

Special thanks to the lady who was working that morning — she truly made my day!

Horrible customer service with complete lack of personal space, retired army medic got off a long 10-hour shift, looked up Subway says it closes at 10:00 Walk in at 8:45 wallet in hand went to grab a soda and chips only for the worker to stand less than 3 ft away watching me, went up to the counter and repeatedly told him I am hard of hearing because instead of wanting to speak louder he wanted to have attitude, when I finally heard they were closing I asked do they not close at 10:00? Man literally rolled his eyes at me said no not even explaining how they don’t know how to update their time online, then asked what sandwich I wanted and before I could even finish he said they didn’t have it. At this point I wanted to leave so I want to put back my soda and chips and again stood less then 3 feet away watching, filing complaint with the subway corporation cause if your going to be rude at least respect personal space but they just let it slide here I geuss

So… I’d have to give the subway here in town 5 stars across the board. I’ve been ordering here for the last couple years and don’t have anything but thanks to them. Of course sometimes it’s not always perfect, but it’s much better than most locations I come across after eating at subway for 25 years. Kudos! (Also I recommend using the app for really great deals)

Guy was upset that he had to make sandwiches 2 hours before listed closing time. Didn’t listen to orders correctly. Was upset that I was ordering specific meats. Associates need better training.

Sanwitch was great, tonya was very nice. However the manager stacy is terrible. Everytime i come here she is visibly frustrated and rude. I asked her for a substitution and she rolled her eyes at me. You can tell she cant stand making sandwitches, i dont know why shes the manager. I bet tonya can do it better.

The manager ( Stacy) acted very unprofessionally toward customers, constant eye rolls, dramatic sighs, took 13 minutes to make two basic 6 inch subs.

Guess 2026 will be a year without subway. This store isn’t participating in ANY of the promo code specials or deals AND their prices are higher than the stores all around such as in Poway or Escondido. No sense in spending $20 for a sandwich from subway of all places

I understand a good sandwich takes time to make…..but yikes. I mean i have been waiting in line for over 15-20 minutes with only 1 customer in front of me. 1 employee handling online orders and lobby orders is just not fair for the employee and costumers. I have seen costumers walk away after waiting for a while.
Update: So, I decided to give it another try, i walked in at 7:00 p.m and walked out at exactly 7:47 p.m, there were maybe 4 people ahead of me. I wonder if the owners even care? Thy employess are the ones who suffer. Total dissapointment.
