From the moment we walked into Vette Dining (at Calabria) in Livingston, we were warmly greeted like old friends. The place feels elegant yet cozy — soft lighting, tasteful décor, and just the right Italian charm.
The menu blends authentic flavors with a modern touch. Everything we tried was excellent — perfectly al dente pasta, a fresh and aromatic seafood salad, and a great glass of wine. Dessert was a tableside tiramisu and gelato, both very good.
The staff were attentive, professional, and clearly love what they do. Every detail — from the white tablecloths to the perfectly timed service to the nice silverware and plates changed for each course — made the night special.
A wonderful addition to Livingston’s dining scene. Ideal for date nights, celebrations, or simply a great meal. We’ll definitely be back.
