Food was good, had a great time w friends sharing just about every starter and bruschetta on the menu. Staff was attentive but not intrusive, vibes were on and variety/selection of food and drinks was great. The oxtail poutine was particularly enjoyable.

The food is consistently sensational. The burrata crostini with plum jam, and the hand-cut fries with Calabrian chili ketchup have been staple starters for us. Last time I was in, I had an elk ragu pasta special that changed my life. Best, most meticulously orchestrated and executed pasta dish I’ve ever had — and I’ll just say I’m… well versed. The flavor harmony and freshness of the ingredients, the cook on the pasta, everything about it almost triggered an out-of-body experience for me. It was all so well thought out and deliberate, as is basically everything else about Ester’s. The place is spotless, the ambience is warm and inviting, the staff are friendly. I could go on. I’m only disappointed by the number of days a week that they’re open, but maybe it’s not so bad because it makes it seem that much more special when they are!

As a gluten free lady, I love this restaurant. Basically the entire menu is delicious and accessible to me. But also if gluten is your style, all the pasta and bread can be dished up the regular way. I always suggest this place when I’m the one choosing where to eat!

Live close by and randomly decided to come here for a impromptu Wednesday date night with my partner. We loved it. Great small plate options, there are also bigger plates but we just had wings and appetizers and cocktails and dessert. We went on Wednesday when there was a great wing Wednesday. And the cocktails are really tasty. Safe to say yourll find us going here every Wednesday now. It’s a really cool, cute place with great artwork, great service and great food

Great tapas in the downtown Fremont, we really enjoy the escargot and the lamb kofta, very savory and comforting. The lamb kofta is very juicy and highly recommend these two. Thursday night there is a happy hour for a free small plate of paella with order of drink.

Found an ABSOLUTE GEM of a restaurant!! If you live in Seattle and haven’t been here you’re missing out! This place has such an amazing atmosphere and super delicious food! Nick, the owner, was super nice and friendly – a really enjoyable experience indeed! We loved all of the food we ordered: oxtail poutine (out of this world good ), tasty and unique Amatriciana dish which incorporated squid ink!! so neat! I had the Ravioli with crab and OH. My. Lawd was it GOOD! My wife has so many dietary restrictions but this place had SO many options for her! Finally an amazing restaurant with vegan and gluten free options!

Unique and flavorful menu with a clean and inviting decor.
Stopped in for lunch and had a delicious beef cheek sandwich (warm) with pickled onion and horseradish spread. Washed it down with some cold sparkling coffee drink I’ve never had before.
Can’t wait to try the other options perhaps with one of their beers or wines.

Ester Enotecas is INSANELY good. if you’re thinking about trying it, go! I recommend the bacon wrapped dates (mouth wateringly good) as well as the chocolate mousse with cinnamon. I got the porchetta panini and it was so good. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. When I come back to Seattle I will be going here again. It is an absolute treasure of a place.
