When deciding between Five Guys and Harmony Burger, my wife and I chose to give Harmony Burger a try. As soon as we walked in the whole place smelled like a gas station bathroom. Talk about ruining your appetite. Then we ordered and waited about 15+ minutes to get our double burgers and fries. For the price, it wasn’t worth it. It took way too long for food that wasn’t very flavorful. One of my patties was cooked, the other was undercooked. The fries were not good at all, tasted like the cheapest kind you could buy in the frozen aisle. Not sure why it took so long to make food that was sub par. Five Guys will be our choice next time.

The fries were good. The burger was completely over cooked. It’s terrible. The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh, but the burger needs help. I wish them the best as a local business, but I will not be back unfortunately. I hope they read their reviews and improve.

Our first time there.Small restaurant was very clean, everyone was very friendly. Ordered the Jerk burger and coleslaw, this burger is marinated for 24 hours and it is amazing the seasoning and the heat is on point. The coleslaw was really good too, nice touch of sweetness. Yes, it does take about 10 minutes for them to cook your burger, but it’s worth the wait. Will return.

The burger is good, just don’t be in any rush.
This is my second time back to Harmony Burgers.
The first time they were open for a short time. The menu items are confusing with no description, which takes time for the order taker to describe each item to patrons. There was only one register open with a lady that was in training on a lunch rush made the ordering process take even longer.
Today I came back to give them another chance chalking the first visits issues to being a new restaurant. It took 40 minutes for us to get our burger. Apparently they mixed up everyone’s order and in the process lost our order. It took forever as we waited at a very dirty table, low on drinks and our fries came out separately from the burgers. The girl at the front counter had no clue of how to keep up with the guest, and just sat behind the counter.
The owner delivered the food and apologized but didn’t do anything to make us want to come back again.
Again it’s a good burger. Proper training would make this place great. Hopefully they can turn it around.
I even called when I got back to my office, to speak with the manager, they were busy so I left a message. No callback…

So this local burger stop is a strange amalgam of different styles and flavors that’s it’s hard to identify with it.
First off when you walk in you see cool granite countertops with expensive decorative tile on the right with contrasting tiny diner booths to the left.
There are tvs turned on to random stations that somehow distract the of the employees from the customers. Literally when we approached the counter hostess she was too busy watching the sponge bob cartoon to look at us. I even joked about it with her.
Note that the place was completely empty when we walked in.
Now on to the burgers:
They are ok and not the ordinary burgers you get everywhere else. The burgers are dense and juicy. The hostess told me that the city of Holly Springs does not allow them to cook beef medium rare. They might need to relocate. So don’t expect pink juicy burgers. Despite that the burgers were better than I was expecting. But with the ferocious competition surrounding good burgers and good toppings this place can’t compete.
My bacon was bland and it tasted like fake cheese. Instead of getting fresh jalapeños I was fed what tasted like pickles canned jalapeños. I was disappointed.
They claimed that the fries were made in house but they tasted devoid of hearty potato texture or good seasoning. So I am skeptical of their claim.
I really love new local joints. Your are supposed to get positive energy and creative ideas. This place feels like they missing some of that.
Edit: typing on mobile.

We live right around the corner and always forget this is here! Came here today for our first time and loved it. We had such a friendly young guy greet us and take our order and our burgers were delicious! The place was very clean with fun music and lots of choices. We will definitely be back!

HORRIBLE. Don’t waste your time. The girl at the counter is very rude and unfriendly. The quality and portion sizes of the food leave much to be desired. Although the menu sounds good, the food is not. I’ve had better burgers at Wendys. As a matter of fact, the best burger I’ve ever had in the area is at La Parillia Mexican restaurant which is only 3 exits north on 575.

Burgers were great! I had no complaints. I would give them a try. I know I’ll be back. We live in a world where you won’t always satisfy everyone. It’s a new place so they are still learning. ☺

It’s was very clean and the interior is nice. Food is overpriced. Need to add description to menu! The cashier was watching a tv show on a laptop while taking our order. It would have been nice to get someone’s full attention and to have our food brought to us. Cute place but bad service.

Not impressed by this place at all. Cashier was unfriendly. Food was way overpriced and underwhelming. $9 for a burnt burger and cafeteria-like French fries was a total rip-off. I will not be returning!
