The best boba place! I have been getting my boba here for a few years now. They never disappoint. The boba is always fresh. The drinks taste delicious and they upgraded to these delicious waffle desserts. A must try place. If you dont like boba they still have drinks without that are amazing.

I absolutely love Gong cha – hands down the best boba tea in the area. The options are limitless! My top two so far have been the Earl Grey milk tea with pearls and the Dirty Brown Sugar latte with pearls. The hidden gem for me are the egg waffles, the matcha waffle has the perfect flavor and texture. The in-house ordering experience is quick and easy. The staff is friendly and efficient. It’s a quick grab-and-go, but they also make it inviting to stay and hang around!
Gong cha is about to take all my money for sure – I cannot wait to become a regular.

Service was fast and easy to order. Loved the brown sugar boba milk tea. Definitely ordering that again ❤️ My husband got the taro smoothie and it was delicious.

I like how clean everything and everywhere you looked was. If you didn’t want to wait in line there was a self service kiosk. The drinks were good. My daughter recommended using brown sugar and it was sweet, just the way I like it.

I was hanging out with my 11-year-old nephew tonight. He wanted a fun tea drink with pearls. I got each of us one of the drinks from the TOP 10 and left the baristas (??) a $5 cash tip. We went outside. My nephew took a drink and said it was not good. I thought, “no big deal, I will ask the two Asian young people to replace it with something else.” I went inside and asked if we could get the mango drink with mango pearls. The young girl begrudgingly put some mango pearls in a cup and put the coffee drink on top of them. Strange. I tried to explain that I just wanted the mango with mango. They both said, “we gave you just what you ordered” I very calmly said, “You know, I run a business and if my customers aren’t happy, they aren’t going to return.” Nothing would make them budge. No reasoning worked. The girl said, “it’s not our policy.” No matter how I tried to convince them —- Nope. Nope. Nope. They DID offer that I could buy another drink if I liked. I just walked out of the shop shaking my head. Now that I am writing this, I really wish I would have asked for the $5 back.

This location is very nice with options to order via kiosk or with cashier. Very clean, music not load nor obnoxious, staff is attentive and very patient (at the least the gentlemen who took my order was), and courteous. Answered all my questions with ease. Would definitely return to this location.

I think they also have a limited amount of dessert. It was very busy when I was there today on a wednesday in the middle of the day. You can order online or at the counter or at a kiosk in the actual store. You can customize your ice and sweetness amount and things like that. Each drink comes with a sealed on lid.
