I ordered a large artichoke chicken pizza and this is what my son picked up. If I were picking this pizza up I never would have accepted this. The order was for today at 2:30. I haven’t had trouble in the past, please do better next time or hire someone that will!

Literally the BEST experience I have ever had with Papa Murphys in over the 20 years I have used this company. She went BEYOND and over to accommodate me amd I couldn’t be more appreciative! She is super friendly and so sweet. All the staff was amazing. They waited for me as I got held up in bad weather. Love this place and Kadence is the STAR of this show! Thank you girl!♥️

Excellent experience. The young people working there are very pleasant and try to please. The store is kept clean and people are always greeted upon walking in. Kadence is very personable and shows sincere interest in wanting to please and send you out of there with exactly what you want. She also seems to have leadership qualities.

Understaffed, rushed, and unable to make what was ordered. 1 person on staff for the lunch rush on a weekend. The pizza prepared was not the pizza I ordered I came back 20 minutes later to pick it up again and it was the right pizza but the customizations were ignored. I used to really like Papa Murphy’s but when a company under staffs and underpays their employees it really shows in the product

Since the summer crew has left, the quality of my orders continue to go down. It started when I had to wait an entire hour after my scheduled pick up time for a pizza a month ago. The brown hair girl was no where to be seen while the younger gentleman was forced to attempt to fill a long list of orders solo. She continued to pop in quickly, bark orders, and then continued to go in the back to where a gentleman in street clothes was “hanging out”. The pizza I received that day had hardly any sauce on it. I’ve gone back several times since and my pizzas continue to be partial size than theyre supposed to be, the edge crust on the pan pizza is non existent, low sauce and sloppy.

My wife ordered two pizzas at 3 o’clock for a 5 o’clock pickup. When she got there not only were they not done but she had to wait in the lobby for an hour and ten minutes. While she waited many people came in ordered and left with their pizzas. The service was absolutely ridiculous. When all was said and done we STILL got our order messed up. Seems that employees need to learn how to prioritize orders.
