So I ordered a simple sandwich on whole grain bread. But the guy put it on white bread. I had to throw it away because you couldn’t eat it. How do you make a mistake like that white bread versus whole-grain bread? It seems to me it’s more deliberate than a mistake. I have been getting the same exact thing for years I have purchased it from probably over a dozen different Wawa’s never once have I had this issue.

Would be a lot better if the employees cared more about getting orders complete in a timely manner instead of socializing. I shouldn’t have to wait 10 minutes for an employee to put fries in a bag that have been sitting on the counter right next to him the entire time.

This morning of August 31st 2025. I went in to grab a wrap i also grabbed some ice. The morning shift had came in and were in between the isles talking. I got the ice and came to the waiting are but as I did a female employee says don’t spill the Ice on tbe floor. I had already walked away from the machine,leave people alone no one is bothering you,you weren’t on the clock yet so why worry. You have no idea what people are going through-what sort of problems they are carrying on their backs so why mess with anyone. I came straight home and prayed for her because I do have a lot on my back and its Sunday ( The day that the lord has made for all to rest and to be good to one another) why say anything if you’re not going to say something nice.. Be grateful for your job and what you have, For it can quickly go south for being bad to people. I prayed for you. The next b person might justvyell on you

I love Wawa, there hoogies and coffee, but the last few times I have visited this store I have got a bunch of grounds in the bottom of my coffee. Last night was the third time.
Also had a few problems receiving food that wasn’t even close to what I’ve order.
You can see at the bottom of the cup that’s all grounds. Second picture is the last time after I drained the coffee out that was all grounds.

Yesterday I ordered a pita sandwich and the pita was undercooked and doughy. I thought it was a one off, so I took a gamble and ordered breakfast this morning.
Today I received a burnt croissant.
I’m a frontline essential worker. I don’t have time to go back. Thanks to Wawa I’ll be missing two meals in two days.

I order twice through door dash i ordered a sandwich A Italian hoagie, salt, pepper, oregano pickle Spinach, cheddar cheese, and honey mustard. And a bottle of large water my first order I received was a large water which was correct and a Coca-Cola soda which I never asked for then I get a second order of the sandwich. I received the sandwich, but I didn’t receive the items for the sandwich on the sandwich please pay attention to the orders before giving them to door dash

The ATM is typically out of order or being serviced (during peak hours). Oh and today they were completely closed. You wouldn’t know until you pull in and get out of your car.
And it’s not on the employees, they are always kind and helpful.
Go to the liberty up the street (Joey D’s). The gas station that Wawa came in and pilfered the majority of their business. Breakfast sandwiches are UNMATCHED
