Food was good, but I had a really bad experience with the service and the manager. I went there for lunch last Friday, (Jan. 9th, 2026) and ordered a wrap and a bottle of beer. I asked if I could have the Mexican salsa sauce instead of Dijon mustard on my wrap. My server behind the bar, , (who is also the manager), said no problem, but there might be a few black beans in the sauce, she made no mention of any extra charge for simply using a different sauce. When she gave my check, she had added $5.50 , just for salsa instead of Dijon mustard . When I protested, and asked her to remove the charge, she refused, and was very rude to me. I didn’t use bad language, or behave in a threatening manner. A female friend of hers, who was seated at a nearby table, with two men, joined in, and they both ganged up on
me. Since I was using a credit card, I had no choice but to accept the added charge. I told her that what she was doing is a practice called “Padding” a check, to beef up the bill. I asked her if this is how she was trained, and her answer was, “I didn’t have to be trained, this is how I do things” . I was in the middle of gathering together my belongings, and putting on my coat, to leave, and she came around the bar to my side, and said, “Let’s go, you’re not leaving fast enough”, (Quote) I left, as soon as I had my coat on. She also said that there was a problem, a few days earlier, when I came in for a quick beer, before catching my bus. Well, guess what that “Problem” was ? The draft beer was totally flat, and warm, and all I did was let them know, and asked for a bottled beer instead. I did what any customer would reasonably be expected to do. Before I left, she told me, “Don’t come back “. This is horrendous treatment of a customer, especially coming from a manager.
P.S. Jan. 15th, 2026 – I am responding to a few points in yesterday’s reply from the business owner to my complaint: 1. She said I was expecting an add on for free. This is erroneous, because I didn’t even think of a different sandwich sauce as an “Add-On”, which it should not be.
2. Saying I added Beyond sausage to my burrito, which is an “extra charge”
Again, erroneous, Beyond wrap is $13.25, and Bean Burrito is $12.95, so it’s fair to say that they’re both the same price. What I actually ordered was the Beyond sausage wrap, and merely requested the Burrito sauce instead of Dijon mustard. What the manager did was bill me for a Bean Burrito, $12.95, and added a “side beyond sausage”, and charged me an extra $5.50 for what was supposed to just be the Burrito sauce, which is not in my opinion a legitimate “Side”. 3. Saying that I should have asked if there would be an “Up Charge”. It’s the responsibility of the server to let the customer know, that there will be extra charge, it’s not the responsibility of a customer to ask.

Tried this place for the first time. Food was very good and service was excellent. Lots of healthier food options. I had the portobello panini and my wife had one of the flat breads. If you are in the area I highly recommend you give this place a try.

I love this place! They serve light lunch and dinner, not exclusively plant-based but there are a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. I have tried the Tempeh Reuben and Vegan “Pulled Pork” sandwiches and both were great. Their rotating baked goods are also delicious. I love that they do tea lattes made to order with your choice of tea, they have an interesting tea list. Their feature cocktails also look fun but I haven’t had a chance to try.
The atmosphere is very cozy and the staff is friendly and welcoming. They have their regulars but they treat everyone with the same warm attitude.

Cafe is having great ambience. I like this place. A really great customer service. Employees are polite and friendly. Prices are very reasonable, and their menu covers a vast types of food items. We had chicken thin crust pizza, veg pizza, mac and cheese, hummus platter, Indian spicy tomato soup, spinach artichoke dip and mule. Everything tastes really great.
Sometimes it’s difficult to find this place, and I think they need a big sign outside representing the café.

This is one of the cutest coffee shops in Binghamton. The also offer a breakfast, lunch, and, dinner menu with weekly specials. The offer a full wine selection with cocktails. The food is vegetarian and vegan friendly in addition to also being potentially gluten free. The service was very friendly and attentive during our visit. They offer the regular coffee shop options and have free WiFi for guests.

Definitely worth a visit. I am vegan and got the TLT, it was soooo amazing. The place is really cute. I went in the evening and it is a very nice, cozy, and inviting place. If I lived in the area I would definitely go regularly to hangout there. Staff was very nice and again, that sandwich was a 10/10 SO good
