Amazing food, I give overall satisfaction of taste of the food and service a 4 star. This rating is to the restaurants I have tried on pueblo and other places. My go to is the chicken fried steak and I usually get this where I go when trying something new. My kids said it was an over rating on their food 10 of 10. That is a lot from my kids, because my son like burgers at restaurants and he loved it, he said best in Pueblo. My daughter ate chili fries and cheese sticks. I had the opertunity to try hers and the green chili was amazing with lots of flavor. I just wish they would of added more chili on the fries. She got cheese sticks and always does the cheese pull and it could of stretched to the other side of the table and she was excited about that. My wife got the fried chicken everything was homemade even the batter very juicy and flavorful. We will be returning and this is our new favorite restaurant in Pueblo. (HIDEN GEM PUEBLO)

Wanted to try a local steakhouse since I’m not from the area. Food was good, wasn’t a fan of the green beans. The steak dinner gives you the option between a salad and soup, but they didn’t have soup that night; there was a few other guest that asked for soup, I would’ve rather had a soup. They definitely need more staff, as the service was a little low and wait time was a little longer. The whole soup fiasco made me forget I wanted to add shrimp toppers to the steak, wish they would’ve tried upselling that. Wouldn’t mind trying them again but I hope there’s improvements.

The Firepit Restaurant & Grill is a 10/10! Don’t let the location fool you because this is a hidden gem! Locally owned with amazingly delicious and juicy steaks that are also locally sourced that will make you never want to eat another steak anywhere else. We ordered the 20oz ribeye Bone-in, it was cooked perfectly to our request, the seasoning is mouthwatering and the butter makes it so savory. The asparagus is cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes are amazingly creamy.
Our waitress, Marla, is super sweet and took really great care of us! On Friday and Saturday they have exquisite seafood and prime rib options.
The restaurant is very clean and cozy. Don’t forget to grab some home made pizzelles on your way out, they are very tasty!

We went here for breakfast and they did not disappoint! The breaded pork chops are the most delicious I have ever had. Everything here is so darn amazing! The Chicken Fried Steak TAKES UP THE WHOLE PLATE! Breakfast was very affordable for the amount of food given. You could easily make two meals of it. Please support this local business!

My husband and I love this place, everyone is so friendly and helps each other out! We had our drink to us within seconds , we placed our food order and they had it to us hot and ready within maybe 5 mins. The owner came out and spoke to us. Food was amazing and it’s affordable! If you haven’t tried this place I highly recommend you go asap!! This is our new place to eat.

My wife and I stopped in on Valentines night without a reservation. The staff immediately got us a table even though they were slammed to capasity. We ordered the Valentines day special which was two 12oz ribeye steaks with fresh asparagus a baked potato, fresh garden salad and an appetizer of our choice. The food was all fresh and cooked as we ordered. The service was impeccable, our drinks were kept full and any needs were met by the very friendly wait staff. Our meals were delicious. Over all i would like to say KUDOS to the owner operators and their staff on a job well done!! We will definitely be back and are excited to see the new restuarant when opens at the Pueblo mall.

Really great experience at the Firepit! The restaurant was very clean inside. The prices are extremely affordable. My husband got the New York Strip and I got the Club. The fries are hand cut and amazing. The club was enormous and the bacon is very thick. If you order the club you should split it because it’s SO BIG! I wanted calamari and cannoli but they were out of both. It was busy for a Tuesday night! I do suggest they play some music because it was quiet in there and I felt like everyone can hear each others conversations hahaha but overall a great experience and I want to go back for a seafood boil!

It was food. Chicken fried steak did cover the whole plate but was thin and lacked flavor. The gravy lacked flavor and was a puddy consistency. The chicken Alfredo needs to be pulled from the menu. The noodles were overcooked and the Alfredo sauce had zero cheese or taste. The chicken, was definitely from a can and was not seasoned at all. There is a gaping hole in the ceiling above where they get drinks and ice. The sevice was pleasant but not genuine. I read the reviews before I went and the reviews must be friends.

A hidden gem with the best filet mignon I have eaten in Pueblo. Everything is made in-house and cooked to perfection. Serving staff are friendly, prompt and attentive. Was advised that their location will soon be moving to a larger space at the mall. Eat here before you’re going to have to get reservations!
