Food is sometimes good, don’t bother going for a slice of pizza at lunch, they are always old and dried out, if you an and the service sucks the past few years! The place used to be top notch, but now they don’t even have fresh food or stuff a convince should.

Quite frankly some of the best pizza to be had in Nova Scotia. Second only to the Hantsport Pizzaria. Nothing else in Lunenburg county comes close, the competition is either lackluster or too greasy.
My only real issue is that we mainly order through doordash and at times it stops us from changing the toppings or adding more toppings and other times it allows it. Might be an app issue or maybe it’s a store thing.
Recommend Charlie’s special with some Donair sauce and a garlic fingers for a great time.

Food is good here, however it seems like they have a 95% chance or greater at messing up orders. An order of a donair with extra cheese no veggies and no sauce on it is pretty straightforward however it has sauce on it. Portions are also questionable as my large donair only has a small amount of meat on it.

Been a while since I have gone in to find out they are under new management. They use to have a bit of a store there but not so much now. Order was taken and told 30 minutes. Took my time getting there and they had not even started it. I was asked to wait in my car while it was being cooked but was in the store for a while. 3 minutes later out came the order to which they said here you are and walked away. Pizza was not as great as it was and the wings were totally burnt and hard. My mistake trusting they would be the same and had driven home before checking. Couldn’t eat half of them. Maybe a better cook and not having delivery makes it hard to even drive there?

This place is by far one of the worst pizza joints I’ve been to. Not the cleanest inside. They advertise as a pizza/convenient store but there is nothing on the shelves. The food wasn’t great and the donair sauce is absolutely disgusting! Never again.
And the prices are absolutely ridiculous. I paid $42.00 for 2 medium pizzas and a 2L of pop with no additional toppings.

Not happy at all. Spent 60$ on food that was raw. Poutine had no donair meat, the fries were not even cooked (and no they didn’t become soft from the gravy because there wasnt even enough gravy), the cheese on the nachos was not even melted, the pizza was not fully cooked. Called the store and they admitted to making the poutine wrong and delivered a new one. it was admitted that the pizza we ordered has only been made correctly 3 times since being added to the new menu.
I will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered a pizza online through their website at 445pm. Wait over an hour…nothing.
Sign into my bank account to see what time I had made the order (as I couldn’t remember exactly) to see that my payment had been refunded to my credit card…?
Called the store…was told ‘Oh, no delivery today that’s why we sent your money back’
…but nobody had called or texted to tell me so my friends and I wasted an hour of our night waiting for food we thought was coming!!!
Lady on the phone didn’t seem very apologetic at all. What kind of customer service is that? Nobody even told me my money had been refunded and that our pizza wasn’t coming!!! Will NOT be ordering anything from Charlie’s again if that’s how they run a restaurant…

Ordered pizza on my way home from the grocery store the other day , I just got my groceries in the house when the delivery driver pulled . She was quick. She was bring my pizza to me and seen that I left a bag of groceries by my car, she picked up the bag and give it to me with my pizza, no question asked. She could see my hand were full carrying my little one. I give Tammy a 5 star review. She was very kind, friendly and polite. Great service

Not gunna lie it was a mistake ordering here I got 60$ in pizza and we payed extra for hamburger we got added and literally just sprinkled a couple pieces of hamburger on it , couldn’t even tell it was there ….. Long story short don’t order here it’s terrible quality , would love our money back honestly it was that bad
