I recently experienced the worst customer service at your establishment. A young lady became visibly upset when I requested my meat to be toasted before placing it on the bread. She repeatedly rolled her eyes and sighed.
Despite asking her multiple times to adjust her attitude, her behavior only escalated. I eventually asked another staff member to prepare my sub, and she then goes to the back and begin using profanity in reference to me.
This situation could have taken a very negative turn had I responded with the same level of disrespect

The sandwich is basically just bread n a few veggies. Even though I ordered more. The chicken in the chicken teriyaki can hardly be seen. This is the only subway that I’ve seen that is this empty. No taste.

Absolutely horrible customer service soon as I walked in I can read the older black ladies energy. I walk straight up to her. You can tell she’s not in the mood and don’t want to be there. That’s not my problem. I proceeded to order after waiting about five minutes for her to come out of the back . Then she gave me the wrong order . And every time she got done using the condiments, she would throw it back down, and she pushed my bag towards me After I paid very horrible service, never going back.

I ordered through the app, picked up my food, and went home, looking forward to my meal. But when I opened my sandwich, I was horrified to find a long strand of hair tangled in it. It wasn’t just sitting on top—it was mixed in with the fillings. It was absolutely disgusting, and I had to throw the whole thing away. This was such an unpleasant and unsanitary experience, I’m not sure I’ll be ordering again anytime soon. Please do better.
