Attention ALL BURGER KINGS nation wide. They have a gentleman working the front counter and all around that should be the poster child for all of YOU, he should be writing the manuals…. Y’all should fly in people to learn from him. This guy understands the fast food business. What a breath of fresh air to go into a fast food restaurant that’s clean and has a worker that just simply leads by example. Thanks for a great experience at a fast food lunch stop. I travel for a living…. Also happen to live in this same town. Will be back for sure!! May God bless y’all

I sat down to eat and a blonde with a long pony tail brings 2-five gallon buckets full of ice to refill the machines ok no big deal right.
SHE PUT THE DIRTY BUCKETS INSIDE THE MACHINE ON THE ICE
SHE SAT THEM ON THE ICE. A DIRTY, NASTY BUCKET ON THE BARE ICE
THEN SHE PICKS UP THE BUCKET AND DUMPS IT
SHE THEN USED HER BARE HANDS TO SPREAD THE ICE, NO GLOVES ON, ARE YOU KIDDING ME.
ALL OF THE GERMS & VIRUSES NOW A DAYS.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I usually go to this Burger King because they do a great job but today they stole my $25 gift card because their system went down. Literally wouldn’t even make it right and just stole $25 from my family. I will never go here again and it is very unprofessional to literally steal a $25 gift card from a customer because your systems went down. I strongly urge everyone else to not use a gift card here.

I just moved to town and I saw that this BK was the highest rated in the area. I haven’t been to a BK in years, but I used to work for the company. I love their brand and I’ve always thought their food tasted better competing chains. This trip to BK was no different — I ordered the How to Train Your Dragon menu items and loved every single one of them. Food was hot, crispy, fresh, and delicious. The added theme of HTTYD took me back to being a kid. Would recommend.

The young lady that’s an assistant manager here should not have that title. I came thru drive thru today 1/10/26 the lady in drive thru took my gift card ran it and my balance leftover was due. No problem went to pay it . They had some system issue described as went offline and all of a sudden I owed the full balance . They tried running the gift card again only for it to say insufficient funds because yes they literally just took the 25.00 gift card from me. the assistant manager would not make anything right saying there’s no proof ? Well assistant manager the customer myself is telling You and so is your employee that just took the card . She offered no help no resolution and still expected full payment although they just stole 25.00 from me . I left and went to another location but am still shorted my 25.00 gift card and received no goods in exchange which is called THEFT. That assistant manager should lose her position if you ask me . I will never come to this particular location ever again . Also corporate doesn’t do anything to make it right. The owner of this location never even reached out to make anything right. This location stole 25.00 from me which is theft without providing goods or services in exchange for. We will NEVER use this location ever again.
