My son saI is top3 restaurant I told him he wrong he don’t no the taste of Chinese food it’s the worst chicken fried rice I ever had in my 40 years life chicken was smelling and they only threw chicken chunks in yellow rice they don’t know how to cook if they r Chinese then shame on them I spend 80$ for food to my family and end up eating just general toss chicken and oranges chicken with my house Indian food they need to go back too cooking school and stop taking our hard working money and I don’t know how gave them #3 I give them 0 a big zero

I normally order the Chow Fun.
They started to make it good so I started ordering it again. Today March 1, 2023 I was craving the Chow Fun and went and got an order to go. Got home and started eating it and found sharp plastic pieces in the food. I went to return it. I agree to have them make it again. Normally they tell you it will be ready in 15min. They made the second order and I waited 5min. Looks like they got mad at me because I bought the one back with plastic pieces and they decided to make the second one with no taste. I’ve known the owner Anne for many years. She calls me back to ask me what happened. I explained the situation and she started accusing me of complaining all the time. I explained that if your not consistent with the food not tasting the same then go out of business. I’m not asking for anything free just giving her the facts about her food. She got mad at me and became rude and giving me her excuses. My wife went there a few weeks back and they served her salty Beef and Broccoli. I still returned to buy food. Anne tell me that is the same cook. Maybe working the Chef to death and he’s tire and starts losing his touch at the end of the day. Won’t order again. I’m surprised at you Anne. Re-evaluate your thoughts on how your Chef is cooking and how customers are treated. I swallowed one of those sharp pieces of plastic.

Stay away from this place!!! Customer service is the worst. Rude people since the beginning when they’re taking the order over the phone. They’re always right and client is never right. Just ordered take out from them because I was nearby. Ordered orange chicken and it was undercooked. When I called to let them know they claimed that’s how the chicken is cooked and that I was wrong and that without them seeing the chicken they wouldn’t agree or accept responsibility that I needed to bring the chicken back for them to check. Stupid statement on their part. I’m on the customer service business and my client is always right. To make everything worse they said that they’re gonna refund me ONLY the chicken because they were absolutely sure I ate the rice and egg roll but not the chicken from the order ♂️. And finally they said didn’t wanted to listen my explanation any more, so without even trying to resolve the situation in a better way they just agreed to refund the money on that part of the order. This idiots don’t care about you… they care more about $11 than getting a client back. They may get somebody sick for God’s sake !!! Make sure you check your food before eating it

This place has really gone downhill. It used to be a great restaurant years ago, but now the issues behind the scenes are hard to ignore. My main concern is the lack of cleanliness in the kitchen.
If you order food from here, please check it carefully. I’ve found hair in my meals on multiple occasions, and I’m honestly surprised more people haven’t said anything. It’s happened more than once, and it’s unacceptable.
For the record, I don’t run into this issue at Hong Kong, the Chinese restaurant just down the street. This is specifically a problem with Fei Ma Restaurant.
I’m speaking up now in the hope they take this seriously and clean up their act. If you’re ordering items like boneless spare ribs or chicken with broccoli, inspect your food. If you find any kind of hair, please leave a review because people deserve to know.

I was in on Saturday, ordered Shrimp Egg Foo Yong and have no idea what you did to this dish. I think you minced the shrimp instead of giving whole shrimp. I could not eat this, did not like the texture. If I had been able to bring dish back I would have. Makes me think twice about any other dish you might have changed the composition of the meal, will take me a long time to come back and try another dish.

Wanted some rice for lunch. Saw this restaurant near a job I was doing. Going into the place makes you think your entering a jail. All boarded up for covid still. Food was great. Good flavor and tasty.

As others who have patronized Fei Ma over the years, it’s disheartening that they continue their downward spiral! For the last year I have experienced the quality of the food go from exquisite to good to fair and now inedible! Last order was devoid of any seasoning and so bland I wouldn’t torture my dogs with the leftovers, which was most of the meal as I couldn’t and wouldn’t eat it! They may have customers who continue to “rave” about their food, apparently they’ve lost their palate! Try any other oriental restaurant, as this one is no better than eating at T.G.I.F.; oh wait… they’re closed to bankruptcy!?!
