I recently visited the Porch on the Green at 925 E Washington St, in Monticello, FL. I had a late lunch there on my way back home..I sat at the bar and was promptly greeted and my drink order taken. I then discussed my menu choices with the server. I decided on a chicken wrap with potato salad. They were both delicious. The decor was fantastic and I took around the four dining areas.

We had such a wonderful time at “The Porch on the Green”! It has a superb ambiance, delicious food, and the best espresso martini I have ever had! The patio outside is pet friendly, which we appreciate (had dogs with as we evacuated Hurricane Milton)! Amy, our server, was a sweetheart and did a great job, also! If you are in or around Monticello, this restaurant is a must try!!!

We had reservations and were greeted pleasantly on arrival!! Cute place. Very clean. Maddy was our waitress and was very knowledgeable about the best drinks and food!! The grouper entree was the best I have had!! Seasoned perfectly with spinach and carrots and rice and an amazing sauce!! I also recommend happy hour from 4-6. The sangria is amazing!! Also the key lime pie martini was great!!
