This airport bar is small with bar seating and several four top tables, with charge ports at the bar. The USB ports don’t work but the plugs do. Bar hours 7 am til 10pm. Alcohol service starts at 7 am but no food til 10 am. Charming Tamara recommends the Bloody Mary, a double of course. Full bar and service with a smile.

On January 31, 2026, at approximately 11:57 PM, my party and I visited this restaurant and were treated in an unacceptable and discriminatory manner.

The hostess/server refused to seat us even though the restaurant was nearly empty and the reservation table was clearly available. When we asked why we could not be seated, she stated that we would only be served if we tipped, which is completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

After questioning this condition, she then told us that we could “go somewhere else” and denied us service altogether.

Being asked to tip in advance in order to receive service, especially while tables are available, is unacceptable and violates basic customer service standards. We felt disrespected and unfairly treated.

I am submitting this complaint so management is aware of this incident and can take appropriate action to ensure this does not happen to other customer

Black lady w/ the big curly hair and nice smile .. very rude and tried to embarrass and belittle me because I didn’t tip her !!!! I had just missed my flight and had to book another one . Just to go to the bar and be judged because I didn’t tip . And she also said “it wasn’t a good look “ and “ that’s how she make her money “!!! Never again !!! I’ll never purchase a $15 SHOT from here ever again !!!!!!!!!!!

I have been here a couple times in business trips but this time was with the family. As always you guys were great. My wife and daughter loved the Ribs and Pulled Pork. I had the Brisket and agree, some of the best I’ve ever had.

I finally got to my gate and was craving a beverage as running and hot. I decided to stop at this empty bar. The bartender didn’t see me arrive as she was busy watching a show on her phone. I proceeded to order a coke when she saw me after I “excused me please!”. She told me she couldn’t serve me. She only could serve alcoholic beverages. I asked do you have coke? She said yes. We make mixed drinks. I look around with not one body in the bar. She said she can’t serve regular beverages because people would sit and work. I said I didn’t want to work, I just was thirsty. She said sorry. There is coke also around the corner at the kiosk….there’s no place like home…there’s no place like home … Home stretch!

After a crazy day – it was nice to find the Pecan Bar at the end of terminal C- the older African woman was kind and fast & the chicken tenders were perfectly crispy & juicy. It was the perfect place to wait out my boarding.

Not polite,very inconvenienceing. Had a early flight needed to sit down. Lady came right out like how may I help you. I said I haven’t decided. She came out less than 30days saying again how may I help. I just left. Too pushy.

The customer service at this establishment is severely lacking. Upon entering, there was no acknowledgment or greeting from the staff, particularly the bartender (a woman with long braids) -July 27. 2025,working the morning shift (9 AM to 5 PM). I encourage management to reevaluate the customer service standards expected of employees and ensure proper training is provided to create a more welcoming experience for guests.

Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I stood at the bar 8am at least 10 minutes no one in sight. A lady walked up from outside by the gates asked what do I want before I could even ask for a menu she told me to go charge my phone by my gate

Went in to see the menu. There was nobody there and I sat down. Waitress/bartender told me I had to purchase something to sit in there and had to come up to the bar. Very unfriendly and rude so left. Don’t recommend.
