We’ve been ordering consistently for over a year. This order arrived completely different. The pie is smaller and it tastes off. The fries are not fully cooked. I actually called the restaurant to make sure we ordered from them because it was so different. $50 worth of an order that my kids will not touch because it’s not good.
Added a photo of the pizza, it used to fill the box for a large, now it looks like a medium.

Our family has been ordering from here for the last couple of years and its just been going more and more down hill every week. Last week I said we weren’t ordering from them again.. yet I did. What a mistake. The dough is like flavorless cardboard and there is nothing on the cardboard. No sauce and no cheese. Its so bad that the entire pizza bubble because there is nothing weighing the crust down. Save your money and give any other place a shot. RIP brothers. It was good while it lasted and then it was sad and terrible

There’s an unspoken pizza rivalry in our house between Brothers and another local pizza joint. We frequent both establishments in cycles and my kids can tell who we ordered from with a blind taste test but not in a bad way. If both joints merged their pizzas into one, it would be the perfect pizza for our household.

We’ve definitely had amazing pizzas from Brothers, and maybe a few mediocre ones, but not enough to turn us off from our weekly order. We’ve accidentally ordered the best pizza ever and are not sure how we did it, but whatever glorious pie came out of Brothers a few weeks ago on a whim was AMAZING. Wings are pretty solid as well. Kids really like a lot of the special pies including tater tot and ohana.

I wanted to leave a review before we shift into our scheduled break from Brother’s. It’s not you, it’s us. We’ll be back shortly, we’re just trying to be fair

Outstanding Customer Service – They Really Care!

We placed a large order last night to feed our family of six. Unfortunately, the delivery took about an hour and 45 minutes because the driver got lost. However, what happened next completely turned the experience around.
When we called to let them know the food had finally arrived (as they’d requested), Brothers immediately made us a completely new order and delivered it as soon as it was ready. They told us to keep the original order to feed the kids while we waited for the fresh one.

This is what real customer service looks like. Instead of making excuses, they took immediate action to make things right. They understood we had hungry kids waiting and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of.

Mistakes happen, but it’s how a business responds that shows their true character. Brothers proved they genuinely care about their customers. We’ll definitely be ordering from them again.

Thank you for everything!

We decided to order from Brothers Pizza & Italian Restaurant tonight to celebrate my husband’s birthday, hoping for a relaxing night in with good food. What we received, however, was beyond unacceptable. The calamari we ordered was burned to a crisp, had no breading, and was extremely rubbery and overcooked. The smell alone was nauseating, and the texture was so dried out it was inedible. It’s outrageous that this dish ever left the kitchen in this condition.

As a professionally trained chef, I understand what quality food should look and taste like, and this was an embarrassment. Not only was it poorly prepared, but the carelessness was glaring. This wasn’t a slight mistake, it was negligence. To make matters worse, this isn’t the first time we’ve been let down by this restaurant. This is our THIRD attempt to give them the benefit of the doubt, and each time the food has been insipid, poorly executed, and downright disgusting. We’ve tried to handle it with grace, but enough is enough.

When we called to request a refund, we were informed that because we ordered online through a third-party platform, we’d have to “jump through hoops” to get our money back. The restaurant, apparently, can’t do anything to fix their own mistakes. This lack of accountability is appalling. It adds insult to injury to not only receive inedible food but to also be told there’s no immediate resolution.

To anyone considering ordering from here: think twice. I’m literally sick to my stomach from the experience, both figuratively and literally. This kind of poor service and subpar food preparation shouldn’t be tolerated. Restaurants should hold themselves to higher standards, especially when it comes to food safety and quality. Tonight, Brothers Pizza & Italian Restaurant failed miserably on both counts.

I sincerely hope management takes this review seriously and reconsiders their approach to food quality and customer service. This was a complete disaster, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. Avoid at all costs.

Moved to Wantage, NJ in November 21′. Brother’s Pizza was the first food my family and friends had after a long day of moving. The lady on the phone was pleasant and sympathetic to our transient condition offering us plates, napkins, utensils, and cups. They even remembered us on the next ordered and asked if we were settling in okay, a nice touch.

We’ve ordered here several times and regardless of the day of the week our order is always correct, delivered with a smile, and arrives within a reasonable amount of time. Our very first order came with a welcome note that was handwritten welcoming us to the neighborhood, also a very nice touch.

I’m big on loyalty but have given a couple other local pizza shops a go…hands down, sticking with Brother’s for the timing, quality, and accuracy.

Randomly stopped in one evening. They had whatever slices were left (as expected). I got 1 pep and 1 sausage Togo. Pizza was great! People were very nice. I feel so bad to see these BS reviews hammering this place!!!! MAYBE dont order seafood from a pizza shop for your husbands birthday ( unless you like your boyfriend more ‍♂️ then it was a great way to show your husband how you feel ) ! Esp being “a professionally trained chef” one would think you would have more knowledge of the food industry and what to expect. Anyway I was shopping at achme and was hungry for pizza. I decided to try brothers pizza and I was very happy I did !!!! Pizza is amazing ! Service is amazing !!! I paid cash ……. I had no issues ! Lady at register was very polite and warm! In my opinion, this is a family owned business, one of the few great ones that need to be cherished and appreciated!! I suggest the upset reviewer and her husband try “blu point “ or something comparable on future birthdays !!!! BROTHERS PIZZA MAKES GREAT PIZZA AND ITALIAN DISHES !!!!! It is not called brothers pizza and fresh seafood !!!

Update: $10 cheese pizza Mondays

The first issue here is your blatant denial of the facts presented in my wife’s review. Let me make it crystal clear the food was exactly as described, and we have no reason to fabricate anything. If the calamari “wasn’t sent out like that,” then who exactly is responsible? Are you implying that we tampered with it ourselves? That’s both insulting and absurd. The moment we pulled the calamari out of the brown paper bag, we called you immediately. There was no delay, no embellishment, just a simple recounting of what we received.

Your response is a textbook example of gaslighting, attempting to deflect blame onto us instead of owning up to the issue. Offering to redo the calamari is not the solution when the problem is your restaurant’s consistent failure to deliver quality food. Why would we trust you to make it right when this is the third time you’ve let us down? Let’s revisit the history:

The first time we ordered, the pasta and clams were salty they were inedible.

The second time, the buffalo chicken wings arrived completely unseasoned… no flavor, no effort, just dumped in a fryer.

And now, this time, the calamari was overcooked, rubbery, burnt, and completely dried out.

AND just be glad that we only mentioned the calamari, because the pizza was cold but that’s not the focus here.

How, exactly, are we the problem here? We gave you three chances, more than most people would.

To address your other claims, we did not yell at any point. Were we annoyed? Absolutely, but our frustration was expressed respectfully. Additionally, your claim that my wife hung up on you is completely false. Both parties said “have a great night” before ending the call. Misrepresenting the situation in your response is not only dishonest but incredibly unprofessional.

Instead of making excuses and turning this back on the customer, perhaps you should focus on fixing the systemic issues in your kitchen. It’s clear there are major problems with your back-of-house operations. Consider implementing proper pre-meal preparation (mise en place) and training your cooks to execute dishes with consistency and care. Until those issues are addressed, you’ll continue to disappoint customers like us.

We gave you the opportunity to make things right through constructive criticism, but instead, you chose to lie, deflect, and gaslight. That’s on you. And no, we don’t have to worry about finding the “perfect” place because that certainly won’t be a problem.

Great food and even better vodka sauce. Huge garlic knots. I honestly haven’t had a bad experience on anything I’ve ordered so far.
Only one recommendation. Order delivery directly through the restaurant. It comes faster and the drivers are all very nice. Top notch

Excellent food, fast service, and professional. We went here to support a lacrosse fundraiser. Their Sicilian pizza and onion blossoms are awesome! Definitely going back here.
