Not sure what happened. We always bought from Hungry Howies but recently we were not satisfied. Well, today’s order was horrible. Ordered 2 large pies with garlic crust. One regular and one with pepperoni. The pizza we got was paper thin and not only no garlic in crust but it didn’t have a crust at all. Time to order from a different pizza place.

They must have some new staff because my last two orders were horrible. I’m originally from Michigan so I love the brand but my Detroit Style pizza was burnt and dry and my last round pizza taste like they reused a cookie pan. I ordered a basic pepperoni pizza and each bite had a sweet burnt taste to it. I have been trying to forget my horrible experience but after a week it still bothers me. I got laid off from work in June so I’m very conscious on how and where i spend my money and that’s twice that I have been left disappointed. Do better!

Very dis-satisfied with the employee that “overlooked” that my pizza was already done b/c they were “slammed” and he overlooked the order name. I got to wait an extra 20 min to get the pizza I tipped them on? Please have your employee slow down and read each pizza that has been completed. Poor guy was obviously overwhelmed. Bad training if you ask me.

We ordered pizza for 16 for a church function. Aiden, who I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and patient. We went over the order several times and he was patient and accommodating with all the changes I made. We used the Mix It Up deal (2 medium pizzas for $6.99 each—excellent value! We liked the garlic bread and Italian herb crusts the best. The best toppings were chicken and mushroom—divine! We would order pizza from here in a heartbelt anytime we get the urge! The works and meatlovers were both great!
