We accidentally stumbled upon this place while looking for something else and had to turn around immediately. I was absolutely blown away by how much flavor was in the chicken itself. Everything from the salsa to the beans to the pickled veggies was so perfect with the chicken.

I ordered the whole chicken, which comes with some of the best soft, warm tortillas I’ve ever eaten, delicious pinto beans in a great broth with bacon and it’s so savory and filling with the yellow rice. The chicken was grilled perfectly with wonderful spices, and they definitely marinated it beforehand, since it was so juicy and delicious. I only dinged them on atmosphere because it’s in a gas station parking lot, with nowhere to sit to wait for your food, but that’s OK because it’s truly remarkable street food, just a mile or so away from home. And they’re open until about 8 PM, so it’s a great place to stop by on the way home from work to bring home a great dinner!

By the look of this truck and the location, I never would have guessed the food was going to be so amazing. They cook the meat right on the grill outside, the rice is perfect, the guacamole is perfect and the woman working there are very sweet. I will recommend the taco truck to everyone I know. The food was amazing! It was made efficiently and tasted great. I had the Carne Asada Plate and both the carne and rice was so good. The people were friendly and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a quick bite, to try their food.
