Heard about Burger Den and decided to give it a try after seeing reviews that it operates inside Denny’s. When I went in and asked about Burger Den, the staff looked at me like I was crazy and had no idea what I was talking about. They didn’t explain anything and came off a bit rude. If this is a virtual brand inside Denny’s, the staff should at least be aware of it and know how to help customers.
