This place is smart, stand in line, order food & pay first…then sit down. Food & service is horrible. This was one of the tasteless ramen bowl ever. I resorted to putting soy sauce & black garlic sauce so I could try & eat it. Didn’t work. It was gritty, burnt in old oil tasting now, this is hopeless. The egg was really mushy inside… what ever else was in there tasted sour questioning where it has been. I did not finish it- the noodles were like thin spaghetti too. I tried to spice it up & I would not touch the containers because it had caked on dirt, just filthy. Then I noticed hair on my table- not mine. The phone entertained attendant/ food server was put out & rude about the question I had & never once came by to asked how the food was… My mouth still has a horrible taste. I used the restroom, GROSS! Maybe that’s why the food is terrible, hopefully I don’t get sick. Don’t bother wasting your money- am feeling like the health department should be called on this A+ restaurant

I got the Black Pepper Pork Ramen and the Strawberry Matcha latte
Loved loved the Ramen it’s flavor wasn’t to over bearing, but yummy all together
The Strawberry Matcha latte was really sweet and semi thick due to them using a creamer base, but the boba part was yummy. It was good I just prefer a more bitter matcha flavor then sweet, but it was my first time there and the service was very good.
Overall very cute environment and the employees were very nice.

I ordered the black garlic ramen as many others had recommended. The service is good, the environment is nice, the chashu is decently tender. But the soup, although the taste has potential, seems watered-down, and the default straight thin noodles are kind of clumpy and of an average texture. It might have to do with why the ramen comes out insanely fast—I barely sat down before receiving my food.

Had the Black Hanasaku Ramen….great flavor! The garlic really comes through and adds a fantastic layer. Noodles are awesome! Pork has good seasoning…wish it were thicker! Super fresh ingredients
The Seaweed Salad is one of the best in LA! Dressing is perfectly balanced and the seaweed was fresh with that little bit of crunch
Veg Egg Rolls were so delicate! Awesome pastry….crispy and light on the outside

I recently tried the Fire Kazan (火山) Ramen at Blossom Ramen, featuring a ghost pepper chili bomb in a rich Tonkotsu pork bone broth. It was absolutely delicious! The broth flavor was particularly enjoyable, making for a truly satisfying meal.

I got off work at 8:45pm and was craving ramen since this morning, so I looked for a spot near me that was still open and….bingo half a mile away I found Blossom Ramen that was open until 11pm. The menu seemed to have different flavors than I’m used to such as : Black Garlic, Fire Chili, Vegetarian, Red Miso (I had this), and Pork Bone Ramen (my son had this one). We also had an order of gyoza, which were crispy all around, exactly how I make them at home! The young man that took our order was very polite and helpful, the interior is very pretty with cherry blossoms hanging from the light fixtures and a very colorful backwall painting illustrating a ninja-owl with Ramen. Great taste and good vibe!

The food was delicious! The black ramen was so good delicious and flavorful. The spicy ramen had a unique taste spicy for me. The chicken with sauce was very tasty. The food was served quickly great serve.

Everyone stop what you are doing and try this ramen spot. El Segundo finally has some real good ramen with a solid variety available.
We tried the red and the black ramen and they were both phenomenal. The juice of the day for $3 was excellent as well. Make sure to try the gyoza or the karage for appetizer.
You pay at the front so you can either grab some menus and a seat and go back up or if you know what you want order right from the get go. The service here is very kind and excellent, made me feel right at home.
Their late closing hour is a godsend for this city, where most food options close much earlier. I will absolutely be back to try everything on their menu. Cheers to your continued success.
