I ordered online for pickup. I ordered a footlocker Chicken & Bacon Ranch with extra cheese, extra protein and avocado. I only asked for spinach, olives and onions. I received about 2 spinach leaves per 6 inches, no avocado and no double protein. Unsure about extra cheese as it was toasted and hard to tell.

I ordered a sandwich ahead of time because my work schedule was tight and I wanted to have time to eat. The order was brought out quickly when I arrived, but after I arrived at my destination and took the sandwich out, I was appalled. A veggie should have veggies on it – not this measly spattering of side items. The food was sparse and missing half my requests. The bread had been SQUISHED. When I called to request a fix, I was only given options requiring that I return to the restaurant. They remade it and it looks fabulous – but now I have no time to consume it because I spent my lunch break getting it fixed. Poor policies Subway!

The staff is not trained at all… theres reasons for portions, other than profit. Too much meat and it doesnt get evenly toasted. Paid $12 for a cold a** sandwich. Couldnt even finish it.
They dont drain their rotisserie chicken, it leaked all over the bag.
I asked for american cheese, and the employees were talking to each other so she gave me pepper jack, which is fine, i like spice so i didn’t say anything. Then i asked for 4 jalapeños and they continued their conversation, so she gave me a handful. Just poorly trained, bad service, dirty counters, wrong food temps.. smh.. if a manager can contact me to get a refund, that would be nice

I would rate the food, however, I walked in and stood at the counter while the TWO employees (1 helped another customer and the female who simply prioritized online orders without ever even greeting me) provided ZERO customer service. I politely stood there waiting for someone to at least greet me or even take my order, but I was just blatantly ignored until I decided to walk out and spend my time, energy and money elsewhere. I will never return to this Subway and highly encourage other people to spend their time, energy and money elsewhere also.

It’s very frustrating when you use there app an they pull the ticket so there time looks good but it doesn’t help when it tells you your sandwich is done an you show up an you see 5 other tickets an a bunch of others like my self sitting an waiting for there food as well

The Manager “Melissa” proved to be unhelpful & flippant when it comes to online orders. Was quite rude when asked about resolving a messed up order, taking absolutely no accountability and giving no options to better the situation. Crazy service especially when there was a 15% tip left on the order.

Very disappointing. Came into the store on June 8 at 4:48 PM, 2024. Walked in and the first thing they said was “it’s going to be a while, sir, we have a lot of online orders ahead of you. At least 10 minutes” Went out to the parking lot to make a call and saw two customers go in and immediately leave.
The young man had no problem, turning away, at least three customers, probably more.
