Unfortunately have to make a bad review of this place. We live 5 minutes away from the pizza shop, so it was our go to “I don’t wanna cook” food. We go almost every other week, and we always leave a tip. They are usually very friendly, and the food is good. Today was a different story. We ordered something different from our usual, and they happened to forget one of the items. No big deal. When we first called and said this, they said we could come back and get it. While I was on my way there, they called my girlfriend back to tell her that they did bag it and that we were somehow mistaken. When I arrived there, they got off the phone with my girlfriend and then proceeded to tell me that they knew they had it right and that we were LYING. I tried to explain the items they gave me in the bag, and they doubled down, saying that “how could we know if you didn’t bring the food back?”. So I had to drive back to my home, get the food, and return to prove it. They must have realized their mistake, because before I could get a word out they were telling me that they were making a new one. I then had to ASK for an apology, and I had to wait for them to make a new one. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but it was kind of inexcusable for the rest of the staff. I should note that we absolutely never forgot our manners throughout the process, and didn’t raise our voice or insult anybody once. We absolutely did not appreciate being called liars, especially as regular customers. It was highly inconvenient that I had to drive back and forth 3 times, and all I got was an apology that I had to ask for initially. My dinner by then of course was cold, besides my remade item. It was overall an insulting experience, and we unfortunately won’t be returning for the foreseeable future.

The food here and atmosphere is excellent, do not get me wrong, but the tall guy with tattoos is a complete jerk. He’s cocky and lied to me about prices more than once. I’m done ordering from here. I’d rather drive to Cato for far better service and prices. Bye bye

I usually don’t complain about this kind of stuff but today I was in port Byron and on of the ninos imployes from the pizza shop across the street came in. He seen me standing in line a bumped me out of the line yesterday you heard that correctly made me move and cut in front of a disabled lady. I seen him walk just fine back over to the pizza shop while me on the other hand was just in shock the cashier apologized on his behalf. But you know what you did and I hope you treat your customers better than you do your own towns citizens

Food was awesome, staff was friendly, prices were great! My family came in and got some slices and sausage rolls, ate in. Very comfortable atmosphere. I didn’t expect to love this place so much but we will definitely be back.
