Good food, friendly service. It’s a drive through and not the easiest area currently to get in and out of with road construction. It’s so close to other buildings that, though an experienced drive could, I wouldn’t recommend taking a long trailer or moving truck through. Sometimes there’s more room than others because of parking from other businesses.

It’s clean, but every time I order a pizza only from this location, it’s half crust and half pizza. We call it in, express the concerns that they keep doing this and it keeps coming almost all crust. This is literally the only location that does this.
Also, the lady manager is extremely rude. No wonder why this location is currently hiring for a new GM.

This Papa Johns was a trip!!!! There should be stars next to entertainment. Ordered food online for pick up it said about a 45 minute wait. We go to pick up the food and the parking lot is jam packed. I am told it is a 2 hour wait. My friend and I waited in the parking lot got out about an hour later and was told another 30 but the events happeneing in the lot kept us entertained as well as the staff who were very unique but working their butts off. I wouldn’t go back to this location again but honestly I am not a fan of Papa Johns anyway.

I ordered a pizza today at around 8, it said it would deliver around 8-9. i was waiting around for it forever. i finally decided to call them at 9:50. The woman who was on the phone told me since i didn’t pay with card and i didn’t leave a tip no one picked up my order. i intended to pay with cash, and tip with cash. the only options she gave me was to reorder on doordash with a card, or do carryout or cancel. she asked me if i wanted to cancel first. i was very polite with her. Honestly I don’t have the option or the freedom to do anything but cancel. I’m very mad this happened. I’m super freaking hungry.

We order extra large all the time. Their pizza has always been great, last night the pizza was just nasty. It barely had any topping. There was 1 pepperoni, a sliver of black olive in a slice. There were three pieces of sausage for the entire pizza. It was a waste of money.

Ordered at almost 10 pm not realizing they stop delivering and close. My order was completed online so the stayed to complete. My pizza and wings were excellent even if my crust wasn’t correct. I was told I would receive the same pizza free when I called next time. Great food. Super Happy with delivery driver. But most of all, top of the line customer service. Thank you!!!

PLEASE take head to this review, it is a honest experience. DO NOT waist your time or money here. I am not a extremely picky eater but the pizza and cheese sticks we received were absolutely inedible..we got a large thin crust build your own ,5 topping pizza and cheese sticks, the pizza was so hard it tasted like cardboard , literally could not eat it! The cheese sticks which I normally love were hard as peice of cardboard as well. I don’t even understand how you could make a pizza and cheese sticks this bad. On top of that it was a build your own 5 topping..mind you they charge for each topping after 2 , barely any toppings on it at all! Hello , I paid for that , it wasn’t free or included. To put some icing on that cake , we called to let them know and the response we got was QUOTE ” you placed the order at x time and it was ready at x time , I don’t know when you picked it up “.. well first of all we picked it up as soon as it was put out and it’s 12 minutes home to open the box up to all that inedible mess ! This is the first time I’ve had to call a restaurant in years bc the food was so bad No one in the house could eat it … after paying $30 for one large pizza and cheese sticks… be warned this is the quality of food and customer service you can expect from papa johns in wilkesboro ..from that you can make your own decision.. I would definitely submit pic if I had the option here

The food quality has gone downhill badly over the years but the prices are still high. Plus, outsourcing their call center operators overseas, with people who don’t speak good English. Rude and curt “customer service “ agent, they’ve lost a customer for life.
