If I could give this location 0 stars I would! I have never had a good experience at this location but because it’s convenient and close by I keep giving them another chance. I really need to learn.
I have had under cooked chicken.
I have been given mild chicken instead of spicy.
Dark meat instead of white meat.
Asked for extra mayonnaise and can make ten plus sandwiches with the mayonnaise (see photos and yes that’s Mayo on the plate not Mac and cheese.)
I only asked for extra mayonnaise because previously barely got any and thought maybe save myself this time and asked for extra mayonnaise but apparently that means the whole damn bottle. Totally disappointed and won’t be returning.
Do yourself a favor and go to Stafford or anywhere else than this location!

Got one spicy tender other 4 where regular tenders on 5 piece tender. I get training but when the kid is struggling the manger watching and training should step in and help to still provide a good customer service. Not just stand there looking irritated at the kid. This place has never been up to par on service since it opened. After reading a few reviews and owners response went from 2 stara to 1. Reading other customers have had similar issues for over a year. Yet the say prefab response from the owner and still nothing done about it. Forget this franchise. Just pathetic.

I’ve almost always been satisfied with the service and food that I get at this location but tonight I had an issue with an order. I had gotten A three piece tenders meal at a location off of route one. After I had received my food from that location, I started driving away and only once I got home, I noticed that instead of having the mild tenders and fries like I ordered they had accidentally put in spicy tenders and forgot the fries. I do not usually go to that location and this one was closer to me and I still had my receipt from 15 minutes ago so I decided to go and ask if even though I had been to a separate location They would still replace the three tenders and fries that’s all that I asked for nothing more And the manager looked at me like I was stupid and said no. He waved his hand at me, shooing me away and said very disrespectfully “No. Another location? No. We dont do that.” and walked away without further explanation. Walking in there, I figured that they would tell me no, but if he had been more respectful about it, I would not have cared.

Man this place has gone downhill since the first time I ate here….. Like, all the way down and they’re starting to dig. All of the problems are due to the employees here. The manager with the dyed red hair had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any business so, it’s not surprising to see all the other employees have terrible customer service as well. Nothing like waiting for 30 minutes for bad food served by a bunch of people with attitude problems. I won’t bore you with all the details, just be warned, THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. Avoid it!!!!
This location just recently opened so it was pretty busy inside and in the drive thru, but there was plenty of staff behind the counter doing a great job of getting the food out quickly. We ordered two chicken sandwich combos. One with a macaroni and cheese and one with fries. The meals were both hot and tasty. No complaints from me about this location. I hope they are able to keep up this level of service and quality going forward.

I used the drive thru to place my order. I was told to pull forward and wait by the stop sign. I watch at least 6 cars get their order and pull away. After 10-15 minutes I went inside to inquire about my food. I was met with a manager I guess (African older male) who seem tl have an attitude because I asked about the status of my food order. He stated that I was waiting on shrimp to be done, like I the customer, was supposed to know that. He did not even care how long I waited or how long I still had to wait when I went inside. I have visited this location plenty of times without a problem or a long wait. However, if I see this manager is working, they will not get my business.

This was my second time giving them a chance; the first time, the chicken was darker and dried. I decided to give them a second chance. Well, I got the same results. They must pride themselves on selling every piece of chicken, no matter how long it sits. This location won’t get a third chance from me.

New joint, as busy as any Popeyes I’ve seen. Great taste as expected. Drive through line was long but moved at a consistent pace. Our food was fresh and hot!
