Service was fantastic, cashier helped us figure out sizes and what to get. Food came out quickly and was picturesque, both the burgers and fries tasted just as good as they looked. The large order of fries was more than enough to share. Definitely up there with Five Guys and Wayback as one of my favorite burger places

Worst chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Tastes like the chicken was fried twice. Drier than the Sahara. Along with unsalted, bland sweet potato fries… this is a miserable meal. Girl at the counter was nice enough, though. She get’s a star.

Best shakes in all of Michigan! I usually get the Peanut Butter shake, and it’s amazing. They put all the shake that will fit in the glass, and put the rest in the shaker cup, so you get like triple the amount of shake you would get anywhere else. The burgers are amazing too! I usually get the Sin City burger (not on the menu anymore/secret menu item) and I love it. The burgers are very juicy and flavorful and the sides (especially the fried pickles) are super tasty. If you’re looking for a vegetarian option, the salads are okay. The black bean burger is really where it’s at, my dad usually gets it and he loves it.

This place is absolutely horrible. Do not come to this place.
First off, I tried calling the place to let them know about this carry out experience and to try to resolve it, when I asked whoever picked up the phone about talking to a manager, I was hung up on.
I ordered a double BBQ bacon burger, it was not cooked thoroughly, and bun soggy from bloody juice.
They forgot the bacon, and the “crispy onions” were greasy and soggy like they had been cooked quite awhile before I ordered my food.
I ordered a large garlic smash fry (supposed to be seasoned with garlic and an herb of some kind) neither tasted nor could see any garlic or herb at all.
Pretty sure it was just a normal fry.
And the container was filled only half way, not even to the top.
This makes you feel incredibly ripped off and taken advantage of.
The oreo milkshake was delicious, however for almost 7 bucks, it seemed like a 12oz shake, it was tiny.

The worst experience I have had in quite sometime. I ordered a build your own burger with 4 items. It took 10min to make, not bad! I drove home, 15min, sat down to eat and the burger was loaded with everything I didn’t order. I drove 15min back and simply ask them to remake the order. After a few min I heard the manager tell the worker to make sure I understood it was my fault the burger was wrong. The worked came out and calmly stated the classic smash burger that I supposedly ordered comes just the way I got it and next time I need to be careful of what I order. When did the attitude change that u don’t pass the blame to your customer who just paid $14.00 for a burger and wasted 30min of his time?
Beware of how you order if you come into this place you might get a tongue lash!

This was my worst Smashburger experience. It took over 30 min from me entering the restaurant until I finally had my correct order. If you’re on a tight schedule avoid this branch during lunch hours. Everyone just seemed overwhelmed with the amount of customers in the place. There was a line to the outdoors when I finally sat down. The food was unfortunately not good either. Semi cold and dry. Typically I go to the branch on Orchard Lake Rd and their food tastes way better 10/10 never had a problem there. Fast and quick plus friendly staff. I’ll be returning to my regular branch.

The food is good when they don’t mess up your order. I’ve been to this location about 5 times in the past year and my order was only correct once. I normally get the crispy chicken sandwich and it’s usually burnt with the chicken being overcooked to the point I just throw it away. The smash fries usually turn out good, though.

Honestly the food was mediocre at best. The burgers we got had no flavor at all, no seasoning, just bland, greasy, disappointment. The fries had no salt at all. And the fried Brussel sprouts had no flavor of any kind. Thought for 30 bucks, it would be at least sub average quality. Will never go back. I’ll definitely stick to 5 guys.
