Exactly what society Hill/ old city needed. I went opening night and truly enjoyed the new menu and food. I had multiple items and they were all great. The vodka pasta was the star!

The staff was so great, friendly and knowledgeable. 10/10!

Visited for Valentine’s Day and had a great experience!! They brought out complimentary mini cocktails in the cutest glass 🙂 The campanelle vodka was my favorite part of the meal, although the chocolate cake was INCREDIBLE. Can confirm jeremiah fisher would approve of the cacao percentage. Espresso martinis were also fantastic. Definitely looking forward to going back!

The food and service was unbelievable. The oxtail lasagna was the highlight of the night. But the service was exceptional. Carl, I believe the bar manager took it to the next level and guaranteed in my mind that I will be goin back.

Piccolina is incredible! The food alone makes this one of the best experiences in Old City, before you consider how warm and professional the staff is. Chef Alex has created an incredible menu and if you’re looking for a fantastic wine pairing, bar manager Dan is the man to see!

As locals, we were so excited to see this space reopen as an upscale Italian gem, and it absolutely delivered. We had dined here back in December before the transition to the new owner and chef, so we were curious how it would feel. Walking in and being greeted by the same familiar staff, especially Carl at the helm, immediately made it feel like home. That continuity means a lot.

The transformation is beautifully done. The space feels elevated, elegant, and cozy all at once, exactly what you want in a city locale. It’s refined without being stuffy. The food has clearly been taken up a notch. Everything feels intentional and polished.

Our go-to order says it all: drinks to start, a mocktail for me, two appetizers to share, and a pasta. It’s the perfect balance for a great night out. And thankfully, the pizza oven is still front and center. That was a relief because it truly turns out some of the best pizza around. Keeping that intact was a smart move.

This was first on our list for Valentine’s Day, and we were thrilled it reopened in time for us to snag an early reservation this week. We’ve already recommended it to just about everyone we know. For us, it’s a once-a-month spot. It’s worth it every single time. We’ll absolutely be back.

We had a great experience! Beautiful and sophisticated environment. staff/service was very attentive, professional yet very friendly. Annie was our waitress, knowledgeable about the menu and patient. Carl was also very kind and on top of everything. Welcome drinks were given on arrival. We loved the spiced carrots and chicory salad for the appetizers. The mocktails were amazing – the My Jersey Cousin and NightShade, the espresso tonic. For dinner we got the Campanelle Vodka pasta and the Malfadine al Limone pasta which were great. We were too full for dessert. They also played good music- no obnoxious house music or modern radio. Nice upbeat jazz at the right volume. Felt very organized and clean, from decor to service. Next time we plan to try the oven fired pizza and oxtail lasagna plus dessert. As Italians, we are very happy a great new Italian restaurant has opened in Old City!
