I don’t often leave a negative Google reviews but I think it’s time for this Dominos in North Terre Haute to get one after so many incorrect orders over the last few years. I see other people have left reviews for this store with the exact same complaints as mine, so it’s an obvious problem that hasn’t been corrected. At least 40-50% of the time I place an order, they simply don’t follow instructions and don’t get the order right. I’ve never seen a restaurant get my orders wrong as often as this place does. My most recent pickup order was a Pineapple & Ham pizza and a Pepperoni, Bacon, & Onion pizza, both square cut, which they forget to do about half the time. Sometimes I forget to check the order before I leave because I’m getting off work and tired. When I do check & it’s wrong, I make them correct it. This last time I forgot to check the order. When I got home, the Pineapple & Ham pizza was Pineapple & Pepperoni with just 14 pineapple chunks on it when there’s 16 pieces of pizza when square cut. There were 9 out of 16 pieces with no pineapple on them at all, which is 56% of the pizza missing one of its toppings. And of course no ham because it was pepperoni despite the receipt clearly saying pineapple. The previous time I didn’t check the order but I did ask them if they were both square cut as ordered and was told they were. Got home and one of them wasn’t, so I was lied to because the person who handed me the pizzas was the one I saw cutting them, but I couldn’t see what type of cut it was. It’s a simple matter of not paying attention to what’s on the ticket, especially when they don’t square cut because that’s in bold face type on the ticket. I will be checking every order from now on BEFORE I pay at the counter. If it’s wrong they’ll fix it or I won’t pay and won’t take the food.

Food was great, male employee with brown eyes and long hair maybe 5’7 definitely wanted me. Very weird older couple came in and started crying when they were served, seems he was just as much after the beautiful heavy set short man as I was, you will not win odd old man that smuggled in his own beverage, he’s mine. I will come back for Logan’s service, the rest of his crew were extremely rude and can die in hell. Thank you Logan for making my week, I love you

Pulled up to get 2 seperate orders placed 3 minutes apart was told 5 minutes on my second order, no problem. Then 5 minutes later was told they made the wrong pizza and had to remake it had to wait an additional 10 minutes while my first order gets completely cold. Also did not offer anything for the inconvenience, I guess dominos doesn’t WOW their customers anymore. (Apologize give them what they want and give them something extra)

Had a most splendid outing with children and wife. Arrived in my Ford Escape most ample parking space out front. Upon entering my nose was taken on a date and made sweet love to by the wonderful aromas. Bathroom was excellent, by my standards, which are very low. Walls were brown, I don’t believe from factory. We placed our order, taken by the most kind and gentle man. I don’t want to drop his name but he stood at about 5 foot 4 inches maybe a size 36 belt or 38 depending on the region of manufacture. His eyes were hazel like the walls of the bathroom. His hair flowed to his boulder shoulders and supple chest. He looked at my wife with harmless love as he took my family’s orders. We sat down eager to enjoy the bounty with ample but modest seating in the establishment. My children could not contain their joy as they watched Logan (aforementioned beautiful man) gently caress the pizza into shape. With his soft hands he topped the pizza and with a graceful twist he finalized our meal. Logan so kindly presented our one course banquet; a small thin crust cheese pizza with a side of marinara, as well as the 2 liter of Pepsi I brought from home. With sauce cups as our chalices we dug in. Once the hot gooey cheese touched my innocent tongue the course of my life was forever altered. My children cried. Not with despair. But with an unimaginable and overwhelming joy. My only regret is that they may never experience life as good as this ever again. My wife gently sobbed, now knowing I could never truly please her again. After we were finished. Logan. Without question. Came to our aid in my euphoric comatose state. He took away the cardboard box in a flash. We blinked and the plastic wrapped silverware, just forks, gone, discarded of. My two liter bottle of Pepsi from home, with just the slightest puddle of a sip left. He tilted down my throat, to allow me to extract the final drops. After which, he discarded of it. We sat in awe for another 45 minutes. We gave thanks to God with a prayer at the table. We stood up and my wife ushered the children to my 2012 Ford Escape as they began to drift into a dreamy sleep. I alone now in the establishment locked eyes with Logan. We exchanged no words but he knew how he had changed my life. He sent my way, a single wink, then whisked away back to his magical kitchen. I left a different man, changed by Logan. At home I tucked my kids into bed. They share a bunk in the former guest bedroom of my home, before the renovation 3 years ago. They slept the calmest I have ever heard, given they’re twins and have debilitating Aspergers. I can only imagine images of Logan enchanted them in their sleep. My wife and I settled in for bed, the Mrs with her literature, I with last week’s paper. We read on our own for a good 23 minutes at the least, no doubt both of us reflecting on our outing that evening. After the Mrs finally settled in and put away her novel I too followed suit. We looked at each other, both content for the first time in years. It’s been hard on my wife since her mother died last year, and I really think Logan and his pizza brought some life back into her. When I stared at her lovingly I saw someone staring back, not the husk who I’ve been looking at since that last fateful August when her mother passed. Our whole family has been on the struggle, my brother overdosed and my sister arrested, I found comfort in this moment for the first time in 5 months. My wife and I slept soundly for the first time in many moons. I only awoke peacefully around 1am. I checked on the kids before using the bathroom. I stepped quietly down the stairs to the open floor plan kitchen that my uncle and I renovated last summer. I filled a glass with water from the Brita filter and stepped out to the porch. I looked up to the clear sky. To my utmost shock and disbelief I saw Logan in the stars, a sure sign from God that that man was special. From the bottom of my heart thank you Domino’s, and most of all thank you Logan. I and my family love you.

My family ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with extra BBQ sauce. When it arrived it had no BBQ sauce on it at all. So I called the store and talked to the manager who preceeded to call me and my pregnant wife a liar stating that he made the pizza and it did have sauce on it. I asked him if we could return the original pizza and just have another one remade and he told me no because they were short on delivery drivers. I said we paid over $60 for our order and wouldn’t mind having to wait a little bit for the correct pizza. He was super rude and hateful to us over the phone and did not resolve our issue. Thanks to him my wife wouldn’t eat because that was what she was craving at the time and was left unsatisfied.

Food is fresh and hot when it gets here, delivery people are pretty quick, nice and polite on phone. Had a little hiccup recently but they have since made up for it and i thank them for that. Great place to order if you don’t have time to make dinner and need something that taste good and need it quick.
