I ordered the first chicken bacon ranch pizza I’ve had in like 6 years. I like wings with ranch and buffalo so I thought I would try pizza tonight, I made my own wings last night. The dude that made this pizza should be employee of the month! He killed it! Great taste and aesthetics were awesome. Great pizza and decent price. Would recommend.

I ordered online and selected a Fiesta Beef Taco pizza. There was a pop-up notification that the “taco tomato” and “taco cheese” were out of stock, but grape tomatoes were available and so was regular cheese so I chose to make some modifications to the pizza for the tomatoes and cheese (upcharges applied). I received a call 9 minutes before my order was supposed to be ready that none of the taco ingredients were available at this particular restaurant (like ever—it’s not an option to order period) and to call back with a replacement option. I called back and explained I got a voicemail noting the unavailable taco pizza and the person on the line said “okay.” (awkward pause) I then said I would take a Buffalo chicken pizza in replacement and he again said “okay.” After a prolonged pause, he said “so is that all?” And I said yes and he listed the other items in my order and said “okay we’ll switch it out.” And that was it. There was no apology for the error on the web menu, no clarification if I was going to be credited for the customizations I made to the original taco pizza that resulted in upcharge, no offer of discounted price on the substitute, and no update on the time it would be ready. Picked up our order to find this limpy Buffalo chicken pizza that was pathetic and flavorless. Won’t be returning to Holmen WI Pizza Hut any time soon.

Deliveries are constantly late from this location. The estimated delivery times are usually around 30-40 minutes, but you can expect to wait about 1.5 hours from the time of ordering. The food is good if it’s delivered warm, but there have been a couple times I had to reheat the delivered pizza because it was mildly warm. Not impressed overall and choose to order from other pizza places going forward.

More for delivery or pickup. Had a few tables where you could sit. Could tell the staff was not used to people eating there. Breadsticks were over cooked and part of the pizza was overcooked. Had to ask for plates.

I’ve been ordering food from here for about a year now, so this is long past due. This place reminds of the Pizza Hut of the 90s! Our pizza or bread sticks are never over greasy. I’ve probably ordered at different times when with different crews, so from the store manager and everyone else, amazing and friendly! As long as we are living here this will be our Pizza Hut!

First time ordering here. Usually order from other pizza places but my husband wanted to try it. After about a min of walking in Ethan came to the register and cashed me out. I then sat down and waited. It said online ready in 15 min but it actually took 30min. Even while I was there waiting I checked the website and they still had not switched the timing to place a carry more then 15min. Manager not paying attention to the timings. I was sitting too long waiting for it and everyone else who came in after we’re getting their food first then I finally went to the front and there it was in the hot box and no one had called the name. I had already gone up and paid so it was known I was sitting waiting and no one called the name, the ticket number, or even what I ordered. Sorry to say but If I go a place for the first time and senseless mistakes happens I take that as a sign not to go there again. I noticed when I got there no one welcomed me as I came in and they were working very slow taking the orders out of the oven and boxing them.

Ordering online was a great experience. It was easy, and the food was ready to go when I got there. The store was well staffed for an extremely busy Super Bowl Sunday. None of the staff seemed frustrated or rushed even though they were very busy. The employee who gave me my food was friendly and gave me a great smile. The food must have been good because my 13 year old twin boys scarfed it down before I could turn around. It is nice to know our local Holmen store does a great job.

Been ordering from this place for years. Ordered delivery and they left my order outside my door and didn’t even ring the doorbell. Pizza was also made incorrectly. They offered to remake my order but only ended up remaking my pizza. They made a mistake at every opportunity so I wouldn’t recommend.

Last night we ordered a stuff crust pizza along with some other food. The boneless wings were great. The pizza however, not so great. The crust was paper thin, and the bottom of the crust looked like Swiss cheese. There were holes everywhere where there was just no crust at all. I called, and manager was extremely nice. He said there is a new cook, which I understand. We all have to learn somehow. So they were going to send us a new pizza right away, awesome! We got the new pizza, which looked better as the first one kind of looked like it had been sitting awhile. Although this one was more…”fresh” it still had holes all over the crust, making it impossible to pick up and eat. So the pizza was not very satisfactory, but the wings were great. I’m sure once everyone gets trained in things will get better.
