Ive been here a lot and they surprisingly rude. They regularly forget things. The times I reached out or came back for forgotten items they were curt and showed their annoyance.
One time I made two separate orders on mobile made at the same time back to back.
There was 1 car behind me. Both orders were submitted BEFORE there was a car behind me. They wouldn’t let me have both orders at the same time. They gave me the first then said I would have to drive back into the line to pick up the second order? Is this standard? I thought that was weird.
After many other times going there and having pretty consistently bad service, I started driving to Fremont to avoid the Clyde taco bell. Hopefully it turns around some day.
** Also wanted to add after reading the reviews and seeing I was not the only one I was reminded from Nintalia’s review they they did the same thing during one of my visits. I was ordering in the drive thru and they kept asking if I needed help or needed anything else every 10 seconds (like I wasn’t ordering fast enough) they even suggested I just come in to look at the menu and I told them I had a sleeping infant in the car not that it should require explanation.
Bumping down to 1 star and I really hope this location gets some help and training

Stopped to get an after school snack, luxe box. I had three hungry boys, one wanted a chalupa supreme one wanted a beef crunchy taco and one wanted nacho chips and cheese. I got the dragon fruit fresca and they each got happy hour $1 slushies. We ordered on the app, the food was ready at the window. The drive-thru worker was pleasant and thanked us for our order. Everything was made to order and correct. A very pleasant quick quality experience.

Ordered a stacker with nachos cheese, they told us it was already made (after acting rude about customizations in the 1st place) and asked if we would take the cheese on the side. We said no thank you, please make us a fresh one, we will wait.
I couldn’t believe how rude the old lady working the window was. She practically threw our food out the window at us and straight walked away immediately after pulling up to the window. They did not make it as requested, we got old food.
Corporate should address this manager as many have experienced the same interactions with the same manager.

These workers here are absolutely horrible and disgusting. I can’t understand how they can be so miserable especially when they have a decent job and get to make some money!!!! Can’t figure out why each crew member comes to work every shift they’re scheduled for just to be miserable and to make the customers uncomfortable and unsatisfied. Not only are the workers on each shift horrible at customer service or just being alive, but the food and no matter what you buy they do whatever they can just to make it sloppy and barely wrap the paper correctly heck they refuse to even put the lid on your drink.

It is always so clean! The staff is always friendly and my food is never wrong. All of the above things cannot be said about other fast food in our small town. It’s refreshing to see such a well oiled machine!

Great place. 3 stars for service is because the sign in the bathroom says “Employees must wash hands”. Well I waited for almost 15 mins and no employee came in to wash my hands.

Everyone I’ve ever spoken to, including myself, has had dreadful experiences with the people who work here. I’ve never seen management so disorganized and immature. It’s a shame that nepotism is running this store into the ground, and that the family running it just keeps covering for each other.
