Got a meat & 3 box and the crispy chicken sandwich was way under cooked. I called to let them know but it went to the answering machine twice. Hopefully they don’t serve a bunch of them because they couldn’t answer their phone and correct the issue.

Very unimpressed by this particular place. There were a total of 6 people waiting to get some kind of service or recognition in the building. The employees looked at us several times over a 10 minute wait and just took care of drive thru customers. There was no response until the people in front of me asked if the wait would be lessened if he went to the drive thru then came inside to eat afterwards. The attitude from the employees told me that I will not be a return customer at this particular place.

This certain arbys is always friendly. Fast and good food. But as of 11/10/25. I walked in to eat inside. And the dining area was disgusting. Sticking to your shoes. Food on the floor. Sticky chairs. Trash by fountain drinks. And sticky doors. Maybe they are short on help. But usually this place is sparkling clean. And smells clean. Just not today. Maybe its new manager? I remember couple years ago a nice older lady was on her hands and knees scrubing the doors when it was only 10° outside. She said she hated to see smudged doors. Bless her heart. The place always was super clean because of her i think. But, otherwise Food was still good and service was good. Just needed major janitor work. Clorax disinfecting time. Just putting this out to maybe let staff know it was gross inside.

We stopped in to grab a “quick bite”. We had a trailer on so we had to go inside rather than the drive through. It ended up being a blessing in disguise because the gentleman who was behind the car at the window when we went in, was still waiting at the window when we left. I was torn on giving the service a one star. There were 3 people in there, but only two of them were really working. The other stood at the fryer and wouldn’t acknowledge anyone’s existence, including his coworkers. I went with a two star because of the two who were actually busting their butts. And the gentleman who took care of us was extremely calm and collected considering everything he was juggling. 10 stars to him. And the gal in the back stayed focused and on task the whole time. The 1/2 hour to get food was a bit long and ended up costing us the time we needed to stay in front of the snow storm. The store is in dire need of some TLC. From tile and grout missing, cabinet doors hanging crooked, a dozen or so push pins in the walls randomly. We didn’t go hungry, and the food was prepared fresh and hot. We were all very pleased with the food and with how she prepared it. A sandwich actually looked like a sandwich. If you’re hungry, it will do. But I question the back kitchen’s upkeep if they allow the ordering & dining room area to look like that. Management needs to do some housekeeping and managing.

One of the worst experiences I have had. The gal who took our order definitely hates her job she was very rude. Ordered a side of cheddar cheese and they didn’t even fill the cup up half way took it back up there told me that’s all they put in the cups it was weighed out. That’s BS because it’s a 2 ounce cup and I didn’t even get that.
My husband got a French tip and didn’t get the juice went back up to ask for it was an inconvenience for them to get it for him.

We ordered from our hotel and picked up at the restaurant. We specifically ordered 12 packets of Arby’s sauce, and received none. Also my turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich was only cut through 1 piece of bread…. I had to use the handle of the plastic fork to finish it.

Pulled up to the drive through and tried to order a beef and cheddar only to be told they are out of roast beef. I then change my order to a turkey gyro with crinkle fries and a coke. A side of 6 mozzarella sticks and my husband got a chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. Lucky enough my husbands order was fine. Mine however instead of the gyro I ordered they give me a cold chicken bacon ranch sandwich. And only 5 mozzarella sticks out of the 6 I was supposed to get. Needless to say I am highly disappointed with this location once again.

This location does a really good job. I stop here somewhat frequently. The chicken sandwich I ordered was amazing: juicy, flavorful, and freshly made. The French dip is always tasty. The brisket sandwich tastes good, but wasnt served with enough brisket. That could be improved. When I order on the app for pickup, my food is almost always ready when I arrive. The deals are appreciated as well because otherwise the food is a bit overpriced (like most fast food anymore).

I love Arby’s food. However, speed of service is a huge issue with this store. When I went there were only 2 people working. Whoever owns that store needs to step up and help their store. The gentleman who took my order was great. However, spending over a half hour in the drive thru doesn’t coin the term “fast”
Sept 10th 2025: went through drive through around 930. Only one in drive thru. Took over ten min to get my order. Shift manager comes up and says I’m waiting on fries. Asked to pack it full and this is what I got. Kinda disappointed not gonna lie. After a rough day I just wanted some fresh hot fries and can’t even get that being the only one in drive through. *Sigh*
