I ordered 2 bean burritos with no cheese and got it with an excessive amount of onions and old beans. I never knew something so simple could be messed up, not once but two times. I’ve been sick and this was gonna be my first meal for the day just for it to make me sick after one bite. Complete waste of time and money. I called the store and made them aware that I would like a refund instead of a replacement. The manager on the phone was unapologetic and just said “ok, when would you like to come get the refund?” So now I have to waste more of my time regardless, because they couldn’t do something so simple right the first time. You’re not gonna get anywhere in life if you can’t even handle something so basic. Based off the other reviews this isn’t anything new though. Hopefully ya’ll are capable of doing better.

I’ve been ordering Taco Bell all 24 years of my life it feels like. And I’ve never in my life been given a quesadilla that wasn’t cut. I also ordered a 12 count of cinnamon bun delight and was not given them. Lady was rude if I could give zero stars I would.

This Taco Bell is a little older, but I have to give them 5 stars ⭐️ on my order. My nachos look great for $2.99. Everywhere else does a 1 star job. The food is tasty and seemed like my order was handled with care. Keep up the good work. I appreciate you.

I wish I would’ve taken a picture of the food…but I went here because it’s the closest location to my house, first time here. The Mexican pizza was thrown together, the cheese on top was barely melted, there was no mozzarella cheese on top only Monterey Jack, no red sauce, crispy tortillas were hard and overcooked. The 4 tacos barely had meat, 2 of the tacos I asked for no sour cream and they both had sour cream, which I am allergic too. I asked for mild sauce and didn’t get any. First experience at this location and I am so disappointed and won’t eat here again.

I was initially going to 5 star review the store. I had an erroneous order, no big deal. It happens. Went back up there to get it fixed, the lady at the drive thru was awesome, both trips. I get back home and I’ll be damned if the order is wrong again. I’m not going back a 3rd time. That’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s 2 bean burritos with sour cream and no onions. First round, had onions. Send no onions and no sour cream. Dogs gonna eat good tonight.

I ordered and waited 8 minutes for my food to go. Got the absolute wrong order. I’m super lactose intolerant and I got two tacos loaded with cheese (my burrito wasn’t in there either). If I still ate cheese I would have been thrilled with the vast amount that was loaded on it. Staff quickly acknowledged I got the wrong food like they seemed to know they messed up before I even came back in. Then I waited another 15 minutes watching them prioritize the drive thru and ended up leaving with no food or refund since the staff completely ignored everyone in the dining area. Couldn’t even settle and eat what they gave me in the first place since I would have been in agony for hours.

This location is the closet to me so I eat from here often. Ordered the new crispy chicken avocado ranch burrito. From the photo, the chicken piece was burnt and I couldn’t bite into it cause of this reason. For the price of the fast food items these days, I expect my food to be good and enjoyable at the least. Waste of $5! The large drink from the meal wasn’t even full. Hopefully they do better!

Over the last few weeks this place has turned to a horrible Taco Bell, came here about a week ago and employees were throwing out racial slurs towards each other, I just now went to order my food went thru the drive thru and they messed up by giving me someone else order and didn’t even say hi nothing just handed it to me. Then when I went in waited a few minutes for someone to fix the issues and was still going to mess up the order. Definitely need some change at this Taco Bell for sure.

First of all I want to say I love toco bell.
So I have been to some location food is good restaurant is clean ect… However This location in Lavon tx is one of the worst I have been too. The place was dirty drink spill everywhere dirty tables ect.. I took them 20 min to make my food. It seemed they were just making orders for the drive thru and there was around 5 people in lobby waiting for their food. You could see the frustration on them as well.. So hopefully upper management take note of this and make changes.. please I leave near by but I can’t eat there anymore..
