Loved this food truck! Stopped by when they were at Wissahickon Brewing Company. The staff was really friendly and the food was ready quickly. The chicken quesadilla was really good! Really big portion and reasonably priced.

We hired El Toro Serrano food truck for our party. From start to finish, everything was perfect. We chose El Toro based on the flexibility. Whatever I asked for was no problem. Other catering options we considered tried to limit our selections, not allow guests to get one of each kind, etc.
Communication with the owner was always easy…he is super responsive to emails and texts. Oh…and the food was tremendous. All our guests loved everything. We had two salads, 5 taco options, and churros with chocolate dipping sauce. I highly recommend El Toro Serrano if you are considering them for your next event. Thank you Gregorio!

Decent tacos made quickly. Paid with cash so it came out to $12 even. Paying with a card gets you hit with 50 cent surcharge.
Traditional double corn tortillas with a generous amount of onions and cilantro. I got the carnitas and the meat had a nice flavor but portion could have been more imo.
The sauce on the side has a good kick and rich Chile flavor.
This food truck is double the quality of it’s close neighbor dos hermanos.
Still in search of a taco truck that even comes close to the excellent Mexican fare of don memo.

Easily the best quesadilla I’ve ever had!! The steak was fresh and cooked perfectly for a quesadilla and the tortilla was crisp on the outsides. The roja sauce added the perfect kick. I’ll be keeping an eye out for every time they’re near by at Wissahickon Brewing Company
