I’ve ordered from this lou’s several times over the years, hoping for better, but it’s always the same. I’m in Homer Glen, and no matter how I try to adjust my order, the pizza always shows up either freezing cold or looking like a soggy pathetic mess. Complaining to the store does nothing. This will be my last order. It’s clear they don’t care about quality or their customers

Large order for Christmas Eve at the Homer Glen carryout location. Staff couldn’t have been nicer, notifying me my pizzas would be ready in 5 minutes. Walked out with 5 piping hot pizzas! I ordered 2 small deep dish pizzas from this location. I usually order from the Orland dine in location. The pizzas in the this Homer Glen location were nowhere even close as good as those in Orland. Staff was nice and they were busy as it was dinner on a Saturday. The quality of ingredients, the crust, and the appearance were not what I am use to. My first and last visit here.

I recently picked up a large deep dish just cheese, an order of boneless buffalo wings, and a Ceasar salad. Everything was fresh, hot, and made to order. If you like Lou Malnati’s pizza, this is a great carry-out location. They’re always busy so the turnover of food is very good and the entire staff are polite, friendly, and hard working. I will definitely continue to order from them.

Update II – Begrudgingly ordered from this location again. Absolute garbage yet again. As lifelong Malnati fans, we’re officially done with this place. Pizza delivered 30 minutes late and ice cold. Pizza quality was poor. Having previously ordered from the Tinley location with zero issues, it’s baffling how bad this location is.
If you’re reading this review, skip this place. You have Enzos nearby – that’s where you need to place your order. This location will only disappoint.
Update – Gave this place one more try and they stuck a fork in it. The salad had wilted and browned lettuce and the pizza was cold. Since my last review, I can confirm there are better choices. Head to Enzos or Turnabout if you want good pizza and service.

Ordered a small gluten free pizza. The crust is really hard on the edges. On the website, they recommend not having it cut and waiting to slice it until you get home because it’s better for travel. I had to put so much pressure on it while cutting it. The crust also breaks apart when you eat it which is really not ideal for pizza. Gluten free people, would not recommend getting pizza here.
