This was what I expected from a small beach town beachfront restaurant.
The facility was clean and was fairly well maintained but could use some fixing up. New flooring would be nice.
Overall I was happy with the food and the overall experience.
Our server was extremely nice and very attentive to making sure our visit was worthy of this 5-star review.
My burger was delicious and I would , and will return here on a return visit. Next time I will have a shake. My tomato soup was excellent.

We were visiting Pismo Beach watching our son and their friends surfing. ♀️ ☀️ We enjoy a beautiful day a d very windy. ️☀️ Getting hungry and I wanted a good burger place. My son recommended Cool Cat Cafe. We ordered, the Calamari, a Jail House Rock and my Son ordered the Don Ho. Bother burger were delicious. I also have sweet potatoes Yam. This one is much better than the one at Red Robin. It was delicious . The Calamari was one of the best. It was so delicious. Their burger is also much better than Red Robin burger. Definitely coming back and recommended if you at Pismo Beach.

Great atmosphere! It looks like a bar, but there are plenty of families with kids, and visitors range from teenagers to local retirees. The service is fast and friendly. I ordered the chicken burger and a Bloody Mary without the Mary — both were delicious!

Must visit place in Pismo Beach. This diner was a pretty cool, retro feel and super friendly host-staff. Food was ok I guess, I would say it was hit or miss, and I am not just saying that. The fries were ok, a little burnt on the day I visited but the kids menu is nice. Wish there wasn’t a charge for each little vegetable being added to a grilled cheese. Overall- it’s almost a 5 but flavor was off for me in my burger and the overcharging of the kids meal was a turnoff for me. Again- definitely recommend this place to everyone visiting Pismo Beach.

First time here! Very great place to eat! Got a double bacon cheese burger side of onion rings and a Turkey sandwich with bacon & avocado side of fries. Was super delicious; the service was quick and staff were very friendly! Definitely recommend if you’re coming through town and will be eating here when I come back.

Great place and efficient service right near the beach. The menu choice is large and all the food is good quality with good sized portions. Hence there is quite often a queue but they are efficient at serving and clearing the tables so it moves quickly. We ate here three times, twice for dinner and once just for the milkshakes !! Good choice of local beers as well. Mainly had the burgers which are great but the steak is good as well. Would recommend.

This is a great place to stop by if you’re visiting. We had a long day hiking at Pismo Reserve and were super hungry.
This cafe offers a great variety of menu. We ordered a beer flight and picked a couple local beers. It was delicious. I loved Pineapple mana and ordered a full glass after.
The house-made clam chowder was delicious. Lots of ingredients in the tiny bowl and it’s not salty or fishy at all.
We saw a lot of customers ordered milk shake so it must be good as well.
Let’s talk about ribs. It’s good, not smoked but it’s still tender and the bone falls off from the meat. I ordered the dinner portion, it’s huge. Might be good to share it.
The fish and chips were delicious as well. Loved the seasoned fries.
Our waitress is very attentive and friendly. Quick services, family friendly, and the wait is okay. Definitely recommend.

Great lunch spot in Pismo Beach. We were there on a Monday for a late lunch. We had the Duke burger with fries and the Elvis melt sandwich with sweet potato fries. Service was fast and friendly. Plenty of seating, suitable for large groups.
