We got the corn on the cob with butter, lime, cilantro, and queso fresco and it was great! The service was also great. Would come back again!!

Worst elote I’ve ever had. $6 for half a cup… keep in mind this is about a 12oz cup. So you get about 6oz or less. Bought one without chili for my daughter and one with the hot Cheetos add on for an extra $1. I was throughly disappointed. Couldn’t even taste the Valentina and chili powder it’s supposed to have. It is also yellow corn, not white like the authentic Mexican elote. I ordered mine with everything. You’re better off at la Michoacána or paleta bar. The cup is actually full there.

THE BEST Churros I’ve had since I was a kid and my parents took me to Mexico. Amazing staff, and tasty food… The churros melt in your mouth, and the filling was nice and hot. Definitely get a churro here!

I think this is probably my first one star review I’ve actually felt the need to post. I Approached the counter, made eye contact with one of the workers. They continued to do whatever with this corn cob they had, which is fine. Maybe they had a mobile order? Who the heck knows. I stand there for another minute. Still zero acknowledgment from the staff. No “I’ll be right with you” or anything. Just standing there awkwardly being ignored all the while I’m wondering if I actually need a churro (I don’t). ANOTHER minute goes by and at this point I am
here still just out of spite, but I have places to be okay, so I finally break and just say “Hey excuse me, are you guys open?” To which I get a response “oh yeah, it’ll be just another minute” nonchalant as if they didn’t even know I was there until I spoke to them. I suppose I dodged a bullet though because after reading some of these reviews maybe my choice for this establishment was clearly a bad idea.

Churro tasted freezer burnt. It’s a premade/frozen churro heated and covered in cinnamon sugar. It was not good at all. The picture of the churros on the Sawmill website do not represent what you are given. The chocolate sauce is warm Hersheys syrup, absolutely terrible. What a waste of money. When we approached the stand to place an order there was a girl (maybe a supervisor/manager?) with a terrible attitude shouting demands at other employees, even to the workers at the taco stand. If you need to direct your employees to do something, do not shout at them in front of customers or even across the walkway to the other stand. Just a terrible experience. Will never go back.

They put butter, tajin, cilantro, Cheese, hot sauce and cilantro on the elote. Literally the worse elote I have ever had. I didn’t know you could mess it up, definitely going back to the elote man. Churros weren’t bad

Lets start here first the server was rude and rude. The churros we order were hard as rock. The corn we ordered, he charged us or the tarjin $3.50 . WHY ? It’s suppose to come with it. Save your money and don’t stop there . Keep walking by.

this place is a joke. they ALWAYS close 10-15 minutes before close. today i walked up to order and while i’m waiting the guy turns the lights off. i ask if he’s closing and he ignores me and then i ask again when he finally says “yup” with a smug attitude. if you close at 9, close at 9 not 10 minutes before just cause you’re in a rush to get outta work. get better workers who will actually satisfy its customers by staying open until close!
