Thai inbox in Glenview is by far my favorite take out // restaurant for Thai food. They are consistent, the food is delicious, and in my opinion, they are very reasonably priced. I typically order for pick up and when they give me an estimated ready time (usually between 20-25 minutes), I have never once had to wait once I arrive after the estimated time.

My absolute favorite dish on their menu is the Inbox Fried Rice. Oh. My. Goodness gracious. It is SOOO good!!!! The Chinese pork sausage that’s in it is insane – it’s so delicious. A few other favorites are the shrimp shu mai, classic pad Thai with chicken, and the “Emerald Treat” (which truly is a delicious treat….lol)

The service generally is always pleasant and efficient. I really don’t have anything negative to say about Thai Inbox (Glenview). One of my go to places on the reg!

My friends and I have been here a few times and each time the food has been very tasty and fresh!! Their peanut sauce stir fry and pad kee mao are delicious and perfectly spicy — they definitely don’t tone it down too much. Highly recommend if you’re in the Glenview area! Reasonable prices too.

Great Spiciness, but Pad Thai Could Use a Little More Flavor

This was my second visit to Thai Inbox in Glenview, and overall, it was a solid experience. This time around, I tried the Beef Salad, Pad Thai with chicken, and Spicy Chili Noodles with chicken. The Spicy Chili Noodles had a perfect level of heat without being overpowering, which I really appreciated.

Although I was hoping for a Papaya Salad, the Beef Salad turned out to be a great substitute—fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. The only downside was the Pad Thai, which lacked a bit of flavor, color, and spiciness compared to what I expected. It wasn’t bad, but could have used a bit more punch.

Overall, a solid spot, I’ll likely return again to try other menu items and continue exploring. Definitely a good spot for a Thai fix!

I recently visited Thai Inbox, and I must say it was a wonderful experience! The place itself is small and cozy, perfect for a relaxed meal. We ordered the seaweed salad, drunken noodles, and pad kee mao, and all of the food was incredibly flavorful. What stood out the most was how vegetarian-friendly and accommodating they were, making it easy for us to enjoy the dishes just the way we like them.

We also got Thai iced tea, which was absolutely delicious and a perfect complement to the meal. The service was fantastic—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The staff really made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in.

If you’re looking for authentic, tasty Thai food with great service, Thai Inbox is the place to go! Highly recommend!

This was my first time ordering from this location, and the food was great as the Wilmette location but the portion seemed extremely small for $18. I don’t think The Peanut Lover dish I ordered had more than five small pieces of chicken but did have an abundance of onions. The container size was smaller than the Pad See Eww container. Both were delicious just the portion was disappointing.

I am so confused and disappointed. I came in hungry and left hungry. I never knew that a Thai place could make Thai food taste horrible. The spring rolls were not made with rice paper. In fact it felt like I was eating something that had a consistency of tortillas. They also put cream cheese on this ‘spring roll.’ I ordered Pad Thai for dinner. I’ve had delicious Pad Thai before. This was absolutely disgusting. I felt like I was eating a plate full of sugar with noodles, peanuts, and chicken. I tried to cut the sugar with soy sauce, but even the soy sauce couldn’t soy sauce. The amount of sugar in that plate was too much. Even for the soy sauce. The price was really expensive for the quality of food. Our waitress did not even acknowledge that the dinner tasted like pure sugar. Will not be coming back here again

We’ve had two great experiences, once for dine in and once for take out. Our food came out quickly and hot, and it all tasted great! We had tomyum soup, cashew fried chicken, pad prik with shrimp, and emerald treat. We even did the gluten free versions of everything but the tomyum soup (I’m gf and my husband is not, so the soup was for him). I’m confused by such mixed reviews on this place.

Great local spot with authentic flavors, great lunch special (Fyi some main portions might be slightly smaller for lunch), hearty dinner portions. Small drink selections and no option for fresh juice or milk for children. Service is good but expect to ask for extra items like napkins, chopsticks or a refill. Small dining area but very delicious food. We love the spring rolls, potstickers, the orange/red curry, pad see weu, pad thai, crab Rangoon, chicken and beef skewers, sticky rice with mango, ginger chicken, shrimp tempura, all their soups too. There hasn’t been anything I tried that I didn’t like. They do alot of carry out so dining in the restaurant is a relaxing treat. Cute bathrooms that are clean and warm in the back as yoy go down a long hallway. Definitely check this spot out for some authentic Thai food. There is a big parking lot across that shares with other businesses in the strip mall but never had an issue with parking even during rush hour time.

Thai Inbox is decent, but not amazing. The food has good flavor, but sometimes it feels a little rushed or uneven — one dish will be perfect, and the next just okay. The Pad Thai is solid, and portions are fair for the price, but the presentation and consistency could use some polish. Service is friendly but can be a bit slow when it’s busy. Overall, it’s an average experience — not bad for a quick Thai fix, but not quite memorable either.

WONDERFUL selection of food and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. I had the pad kee mow.. and my husband had fried rice and a shrimp garlic dish… we were so full from the fried rice and pad kee mow there was no room for the shrimp! It was good but I definitely recommend those 2 dishes along with egg rolls and crab Rangoon’s to start off with. The bathrooms are SO clean and the area is great. I would come here again!!
