We spent $43 on dinner for 4 (one kid’s meal) and the portions look like they shrunk. We won’t be back. The kids working the registers all look “busy” doing nothing, not paying attention to customers or often forgetting drinks/lids. The music is usually so loud (majority of Cane’s are the same) it’s hard to have any conversation. Theses prices for the amount of food at a FAST FOOD joint is crazy!

Here 3 weeks ago on a Thursday/Friday. Ordered the Caniac Combo with 3 extra sauces, it was between $20-$21. Replaced coleslaw for extra Texas toast. Very expensive.
My friend ordered a 25pc tailgate order with some sauces for like $40-$50 which was not too bad, they were out with it fast too. They asked him what sauces he wanted and he said 50/50 of both options, but they only gave him Cane’s sauces.
Moderately fast drive-thru experience. The food was delicious.
The only reason it’s 3 stars is because it was $20-$21 – I remember 5-6 years ago it was $12-$14. That’s insane.
— Pro tip: Go to Walmart, get the Great Value Chicken Finger Dipping sauce, it’s exactly the same thing for like $1.40 for a bottle. I found this out after-the-fact.

I came in with my little son, we were greeted by all the staff and an incredibly friendly atmosphere. We then proceeded to make a huge mess with a spilled drink. DJ the manager deserves his position or one higher! He was beyond kind and polite, not the typical experience I’ve had with spills in other places. If there is a chance in his future he deserves a raise! All the rest of the staff went above and beyond. Thank you!

Normal Raising Cane’s get 5 Stars, but this was by far the worst experience I have had in a long time at a fast food place. It started with going through the drive thru. The girl handed me my drink but the lid wasn’t on all the way and it spilled all over me. All she said was sorry didn’t offer me another drink. They gave me my food, and I drove 10 minutes down the street to eat with my daughter. Daughter. The french fries were undercooked, and their Texas toast, which is usually really good was really cold. The chicken was fine. I am not sure I will be going back to this place.

Yummy this place was fantastic and fast! The chicken was the best fast food chicken I’ve had in a very long time. I love the way they call out your name and say your food is hot and ready! The atmosphere was really good everyone was enjoying their meal.

Food is always good at Canes. Kids love it. Portions are good and they have a clean restaurant. Staff was not very pleasant. A few people stood out as positive but overall I did not feel very welcomed.

If you enjoy hot, fried , crispy chicken fingers, then Cane’s Chicken Fingers is the place to go. The facility is well maintained, the employees and staff is super courteous and respectful, and the food menu is great. Watching sports and you have a lot of people over? Then come here and get the tailgate and jug order, you will not be disappointed. Sitting on a hill overlooking the city of Castle Rock, it provides astonishing views of the mountain range to the West and you can see Pikes Peak to the South. I highly recommend others to this restaurant for a great meal and a peace of mind when you stare at the mountains.

The chicken was nice and juicy but absolutely no flavor if it wasn’t for the cane sauce it would not be worth it the workers are fantastic

Raising Cane’s has the best fried chicken tenders, fresh, juicy and moist. They cook everything fresh, nothing here is old, hard or cold. You definitely have to take your time when biting into the chicken and fries because everything is nice and hot. Chicken is not overly seasoned. Customer service is outstanding, fast service and great prices. Even when they are busy they still are able to get your order out to you readily and quickly. The food portions are a lot too. I never finish all my food I always end up taking leftovers home. The lemonade is so delicious, I highly recommend their lemonade. To boldly state how good their lemonade is, it ties with Chick-fil-a’s lemonade. Both are equally good.
I would say Raising Cane’s is equivalent or better than Zaxby’s which we do not have in the area. Cane’s special sauce taste even better than Zaxby’s special sauce.
They also accept military and first responder discounts.
