The food is good but after working overnight I ordered expecting to get a meal. It didnt take long to receive my order but the cream cheese was missing for the bagels I ordered. I spoke with someone who understood and said he’d take care of my payment but im still looking at my dry bagels and all I have is butter to add. Not what I was expecting and probably won’t order again. Im just tired and want food… all my food.

Franklin gave such great service through the drive through, I was just happy they brought the Asiago bagels back, they were out of the bagel and the sauce for it but Franklin gave great service and recommendations, hopefully it’s close to the original taste. I could only recommend that they make more Asiago bagels because it’s not the first time they were out of them while serving something that’s supposed to be specifically served with an Asiago bagel.

I guess our party-of-3 dine-in customers visited this STL Bread Co. location (St. Charles Rock Road in Bridgeton near McKelvey Road) on the right day at the right time (a Tuesday @ 11:37 AM). Our cashierJune was cordial & professional (order kiosk option available), and the gentleman handling kitchen order distribitions was friendly & respectful. Our orders took about 10 minutes to come up (not a surprise at lunchtime), and each of our You Pick 2 meals (1/2 Frontega Chicken Sandwich + Broccoli Cheddar Soup, 1/2 Turkey Bacon Bravo Sandwich + Potato Soup, 1/2 Fuji Apple Salad + Autumn Squash Soup) were complete & had fresh quality ingredients with generous portions. As we were lingering at our table after eating, the store manager approached to ask if we enjoyed our meals (6 thumbs up) and took our dishes away for us. Best Bread Co./Panera service we’ve had in a long time, we will definitely return.

My daughter placed order online today for lunch. Cost 31.12 order 6051716050812634. Waited forever in drive thru and finally went inside to get our order. When she got home we were missing the tomato soup, first item on the order as well as the cookie. Her sandwich was soaked in the green goddess dressing and soggy. Her French onion soup was cold. Very disappointing and sad. We will not be back from now on since this is how it went.

I have been meeting my clients at this location for awhile now. Today the morning manager was very kind to me when I got my coffee. While I was sitting with my clients, I over heard him speaking to a customer and his approach to customer service was exceptional! I think it is just his personality of how he treats people. It was very nice to witness, keep up the good work!

This is by far THE slowest store! Half the time there is no line and they take forever! No such thing as getting a quick anything here. Please don’t come on your lunch break or before work you will be late even if you order ahead.

There is no one else is line…I was the first one. I ordered one coffee..I’ve been waiting 20 minutes..I’m still in line with tome to write a bad review. I came last week and ordered something for pickup. 1 brown,ie, 1 coffee. They didn’t even .are the coffee, the lady just handed me an empty cup and looked at me stupid. Ordered chocolate sauce and Carmel sauce… so I paid for nothing. Horrible service. Go to u city not this one!!! Well it’s been 20 minites..the iced coffee is steaming hot… she said yeah it’s hot with ice. I said I ordered iced coffee….

Avoid this place!
This was my first and last visit here. There was a lunch time rush, which is completely understandable. What is not understandable is the workers telling you they are 26 orders behind, then turning around and making food at a snails pace. Everyone handling food was working as though there is only one order on queue. You works think working slowly would mean better quality…false! The food was below average. Order at your own risk.

Zero complaints about the food or service, very polite staff and the food is standard to any Panera. My only issue is that the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, like in the manner that they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, and I’ve seen cleaner gas station bathrooms. It definitely made me wonder if the kitchen was clean and why the managers hadn’t addressed this issue. The parking lot also had a lot of trash. Those type of things don’t represent the establishment well because it leaves one questioning sanitation. Otherwise, as mentioned, food and service were fine.

If you are ever wanting a good soup, or a sandwich that tastes refreshing, go to St.Louis Bread Co. We went to this one and I was impressed. With short staff, they made a plan and we ordered our own food using a tablet. We got our food in less than 15 minutes and it was well worth the wait. I got the tomatoe soup along with a toasted cheese sandwich and it was fantastic. Presentation is excellent. However, they are desperately needing someone to give the dining area a bit of tlc as some of the seats are worn and ripped. Otherwise, great food and service.
