Sadly I’m a big fan of Habit Burger but this location the and time agian refuses to greet or approach walk in customers forcing you to use the Kiosks to order and wnt even wait at the counter when your food is ready to offer condiments. Its fast food but at $20 for a burger and fries I expect better service, at least consistent across the chain.

The woman at the drive thru who refers to every woman as “Miss” is incredibly rude and unprofessional. She handed me my shake, I paid, and she closed the window. I then waited 9 additional minutes with NO acknowledgement while multiple cars lined up behind me. My sandwich sat visibly on the counter while she prepared several other shakes and handled other tasks.
When she finally put my sitting sandwich in a bag, opened the window, handed it to me and simply said “Have a great night!” with no mention of the wait. When I politely said she could have acknowledged the wait, she responded snarkily, “Miss, 5–7 minutes is the perfect time.” Not only was the wait longer than what she claimed, but even a 7 minute delay in a drive-thru should warrant simple professional courtesy, especially when the food was visibly sitting ready. Rather than acknowledging the delay, she chose to continue to argue, minimize the situation, and dismiss the concern.
This interaction felt prideful and unnecessarily confrontational. A simple “Thank you for your patience” or “I apologize for the wait” would have completely changed the experience.
The lack of professionalism, the refusal to acknowledge the delay, and the argumentative response when it was brought to her attention was enough to bring me to stoop to her level at the end of this horrible encounter.

Stefania was very kind even though I was being needy, she always had a smile on her face and humble attitude. She provided me with a bag to take my food. The restaurant was clean. Just one thing I didn’t like was the loud music. It was hard to talk on the phone. Hope that changes. Overall keep up the amazing work.

Staff very personable. Place very clean. However, sandwich had sauce though asked for on the side, and lacked options for ordering plain otherwise, or veggies on the side. Strawberry shakes were perfect. Fries and onion rings awesome, and nuggets good w red pepper sauce. I was not a fan of the spicy chicken sandwich however, shock taste with all the choices made here in this sandwich. I’ll have a charburger next time. Order and pickup process in the app and at the store were simple.

No photo. Ate my Habit Double Char so fast! My meal tasted really fresh and the cheese was actually super-gooey and oozing off the patties.
Great tasting burger here. Definitely satisfied with my $10 purchase. Tricky, tight location to park at; looks super new, even the restroom was immaculate. Thanks for the quick, yummy service.

Came here with my family of 5. We walked up to the counter to order and the guy said it would be a few minutes. The kiosk was available to order but when trying to customize burgers is not very easy. Also you cannot order kids milks or at least we don’t know how. We waited for at least 5 min for the guy to take our order but noticed he was only 1 of 2 people working. So we ordered on the kiosk. When we went to sit down tables were dirty so I got some napkins and water and wiped down one for us. The food didn’t take too long but seemed thrown together. My portobello burger didn’t have a lot of mushrooms on it. My wife’s burger was pretty bad as well. The cook was obviously rushing since she was the only other employee working. We have always enjoyed habit but the service and quality has gone downhill. We came here a couple weeks ago and there was minimal staff and our food wasn’t very good but thought we would try it again. Sorry habit but we will be going to In n out. Better service and better quality.

There’s nothing extraordinary about The Habit. Unless you have a coupon, prices are on the high side. Burgers are dry, salads are decent, chicken sandwich is good, onion rings are excellent. Order was correct but it takes a while.

Worst Habit burger I’ve had. And Takeout salad was tossed with the dressing already… usually comes in a separate container to mix for yourself… super odd.
