The woman who makes most of the food is rude and does not listen to what you want or don’t want. The ingredients are often past their prime (not outright rotten, just old.) they skimp on all expensive ingredients and basically charge you $20 for a bowl of greens or rice with a small amount of toppings thrown in. I’ve actually been here many times, but only because it’s convenient, but I’m always frustrated with the rude service and the ingredient quality. My children do like the chocolate smoothie but I suspect that’s because it’s very sweet. I really wish we had a good salad place locally or that naked greens would decide to do better.

I came to buy my salad at 3:30pm. The employee ( men ) who served me, when I was paying on the register he asked me. -Are you going to take your salad to go or to eat here? I answered: -To eat here please. He said to me. We close in 10 minutes. In my opinion is very rude to say that. I have to finish my salad out of the restaurant because the same person start to make noises evidently mad because I was eating close to the closing time. The lack of manners of this person make my experience very unpleasant. I had to finish my lunch outside in my car. Definitely not recommend. I will never come back.

A good place for a salad, wrap or smoothie. Free WiFi makes it easy to do work over lunch. Acoustics makes it a bit loud at times. Service is always good and fast especially at lunch hour. Soups are made fresh and are also very good. I highly recommend this place for lunch.

I ordered the chicken and rice soup for delivery and it was one of the best soups I have ever had. That’s all I have to say.

Jose and his team at Naked Greens were superb! I was coordinating catering for a staff lunch back in February for my the organization I work for in New Canaan. I looked within town, but could only find chain places and really wanted to support local. I branched out further and came across Naked Greens in Wilton…and so happy I did! The food was amazing, packaged PERFECTLY and presented so well, and the coordination with Jose and his team was truly very personalized. Very very pleased with all aspects of our catering order though them, and would (and will ) absolutely return again for another round of catering. Highly recommend to others. I’ve stopped in since solo just for lunch because I enjoyed the food that much. Thanks again Jose and team!

Naked greens has incredible soup, salads, bowls, and avocado toast! Veggie drinks and protein shakes. It’s the perfect place to eat for a healthy meal. The staff are incredibly helpful too. Highly recommend the sunflower avocado toast, cross trainer protein shake and the New England blend salad.

I like this place a lot for the soups, juices, and vibe, but I can only give it three stars because their salads have disappointed me on several occasions. Why is the grilled chicken so bad?? It tastes like cardboard – even the chipotle version. Also every time I get a salad there I ask them to chop it, but it’s always done poorly, meaning that laborious chopping is required with a plastic knife while eating the salad. I hope the owners find another chicken vendor because what they have now is truly terrible.

We have found the soups there to be delicious. The salad is good as well such a variety. My girlfriend from Florida comes up and we have to stop there at least once during her visit to load up on their delicious butternut squash soup, or there makes the vegetable or my favorite, the New England clam chowder. I recommend this place highly

For a restaurant that is a build-your-own style the employees are very rude about very simple and reasonable questions. One employee in particular but several were not welcoming.

We used to eat here frequently and I continued to go just thinking I was misreading the situation or not as friendly as I was trying to be. The last straw was asking nicely, being told “oh I remember you and knew you were going to ask” and then the employee smirked/laughed. My wife and I were shocked and even another customer raised they eyebrows having over heard.

The food is decent for a fast salad but not special. Such a disappointment for a local shop to not be more welcoming in general and to be recognized as a regular and laughed at is a business I can’t support.
