Phenomenal!! This is one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Our family shared our meals. The Cachapatona was my favorite. It was a perfect mixture of sweet and savory with a delicious explosion of flavor. The arepas were great and so was the Café Con Leche. If you haven’t dined here you are missing out!! The servers were very sweet, the restaurant was nice and clean. I only wish they had a location in Alabama.

Food is Amazing and for a great value! Tequeños of guava and cheese are my favorites. Serving portion is great compared to what you pay. And service is also amazing, tonight I was served by Lisset and she was super nice and friendly. 200% coming back to this place!

Good food, nice server, but slow food to the table because all the to go orders were prioritized. Also, they didn’t state there was an 18% service charge even though there were only 5 of us. We even stated we thought the bill was high but the server was silent and only let us briefly look at her POS unit to verify what we ordered. Add then another 3% credit charge. Totally ridiculous and basically stealing when you leave an additional tip. Beware.

Large dining area with 50 spacious seats. A smaller bar area in front of an open kitchen, and a grocery nook next to the entrance. Clean, understated, and a wood forward interior. The music is Latin in language, rhythm, and level.
Service is English speaking and aware of vegetarian and vegan diets.
The vegetarian arepa came without the advertised beans probably for that reason.
The arepa was fresh, and the combination of sweet, grilled plantains with veggies and cheese was surprisingly tasty.
Without lifelong training, I was not able to eat the stuffed arepa as intended and used a fork and knife. Probably as much of a cultural indecency as eating chicken wings with a fork and knife :-).

Went to a late lunch and got the mini arepas. Very tasty and flavorful. Only drawback in the whole thing is the amount of food for the price (my opinion is not enough for the price) but for me was ok at this time. I wasn’t that hungry. Service was good but be aware they dont take Amex cards so bring Visa instead.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had Venezuelan arepas. I just happened to find this Nico’s while running some errands. The pabellón was amazing and exceeded my expectations. The chicken soup was also a great choice. I’ll definitely be back because I needy to try their Reina pepiada.

If you’re going to list that you close at 11 p.m., I don’t want to show up at 9:30 and find the place closed, because some of us come from more than 10–15 minutes away just to find the store closed simply because you didn’t set the correct hours.

I got the Cachapa Llanera without guac and it legit made me cry. I took one bite and tears started coming down my face; it was that good. The meat had so much flavor along with the caramelized onions and peppers, not to mention the cheese overload and the balance of the sweetness from the cachapa itself. The queso blanco and chicken empanadas were mindblowing as well, being fried to perfection.

Our server was good, although service was a bit slow. They also have a section with imported snacks and candy along with desserts, so that adds to the atmosphere. Overall one of the most memorable meals I’ve had in recent memory. I don’t think I’ve ever teared up because of how good food was before, either.

I ordered to go and when I got home I got one very burned arepa, this is very disappointing because for the price I paid, they should not be serving what they wouldn’t eat themselves. Also, my husband’s arepa had a guacamole spread instead of plain slice avocados. Both arepa weren’t worth it. My burned arepa end up in the garbage because the strong burn flavor wasn’t tolerable. Please take care of the to go orders is very sad to make it home and not having an eadible meal.
