My husband and I order our steaks medium well. They came out medium rare. The potatoe was small with the fixings on the side, which was only butter and sour cream in the size of a coffee creamer cup for on the go. He asked for the works. He didn’t appreciate this at all. The Ruby Tuesday in Texas always out on the potatoe. Our server check on us once right after we got the food and had just cut into the steak not know what awaited us. Then disappeared until my husband left the table and we ready to go. The person across from us, got up and walked out. I was tempted but felt it wasn’t the server fault for the bad steak. Oh, the zucchini was horrible. I tried to cover it in ranch dressing to eat it and couldn’t do it. The Ruby Tuesday in Charles Town, WV IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I highly recommend going elsewhere. We will not return to this restaurant.

Mark was an excellent server. Food was fantastic—I had the salad bar. It was well-stocked, produce was fresh, and plenty of plates. Salad bar was clean. My friends ordered entrees and enjoyed their dishes.

I was not impressed with the food. My partner got very sick after eating the burger. My pasta dish didnt taste good.
The service was great.
The atmosphere was very outdated. The seats are old. Table cloths are old.
It was our first time at Ruby Tuesdays. I will not be back because my partner got sick from eating here.

Ruby Tuesday was my favorite restaurant back home in Florida when I was a teen and young adult. We used to have one right next door where I lived, but they closed it. Almost a whole decade later , I decided to grab some R. Tuesday. I was so excited, feeling the nostalgia creep in when I parked my truck and trailer at a busy intersection (making sure I put on my emergency lights and my three reflective triangles for safety). The food was not impressive at all. The meal very bland and dreadful. I couldn’t finish it. A very disappointing welcome. Next time, I’ll try a more urban/megalopolis area instead. But the customer service was amazing, and the atmosphere and decor were beautiful.

Mark was a great server! There were things on the salad bar I wish would have been refilled faster, but it was a really busy night and the girl doing the refilling was working hard. We were satisfied overall.

My husband and I stopped into Ruby Tuesday’s this evening to grab dinner before heading home. I ordered the New Orleans seafood as I always do when we get a chance to stop by. When ordering, I asked that they do not put the Parmesan cream sauce on my meal, however, when the meal came out, part of the fish was burnt, and there was Parmesan cream sauce under the three shrimp that came with it as if the fish had been scraped off or the shrimp came off of something else. Our waitress Marissa took the plate back and had them remake My meal. When she brought it out the second time the fish and the shrimp were so burnt they were not edible. She offered to take it back and have them remake it for a third time and I told her I was not interested, two tries was enough, and by then my husband was 2/3 finished with his meal. She took the plate back and came back out and said the manager was taking my meal off the bill. I thought he/she (manager) would come out and atleast acknowledge the problems with the food quality but never did. The waitress was fantastic. Marissa was very polite, attentive, and professional, however, the manager on duty (whoever that was) did not have the professionalism or courtesy to come out and address us or apologize for the issues on behalf of his/her kitchen staff. Clearly they should not be in a management position!
