I been eatin’ at this here joint a few times now. Tonight I was hankerin’ hard for that YBOR sandwich. I hollered ‘em up on the phone, and the feller there says they was plumb outta ham, but he had more fixin’ to show up later that night. I says, no sweat, I’ll give it another shot tomorrow. Well, daggum if that feller didn’t ring me back in ‘bout five minutes flat to say he done got the ham in, and did I still wanna order it up? Well heck yeah, buddy! We live 954 miles away in Indiana. We were passing through Thibodaux and decided to try The Ruckus Food Truck. It was delicious! The OG Smash Burger was seasoned and cooked to perfection! If we are ever in the area again we will definitely be stopping in for a burger.
