This used to be my go to Dunkin’ Donuts. They were so friendly always had fresh coffee and genuinely appreciated my business but recently they went through a massive staff change and the staff that works there now does not care about your experience. I used to be able to drive up to the window after ordering and get my coffee right away now I’ve waited up to five minutes for an iced coffee to be brought to the window. They don’t replace the coffee when it needs to be replaced every coffee I’ve gotten from there since this staff changed has been bitter And quite frankly gross! It’s very upsetting to see how quickly they went downhill they went from being The Best Dunks And 10 mile radius to the worst. The hiring team needs to do better because the people that work there don’t care.

Let me start this off with i’ve never written a negative review before. I just went through the drive through and usually when you order everything is repeated back to you to make sure they have gotten the order correct. NOT HERE the man through the speaker was completely silent did not ask “is that all” did not tell us they didn’t have blueberry munchkins ( until we got to the window were all the employees yelled they didn’t have them) just decided not to add it to the order. I waited patiently to order a sandwich and he yelled DRIVE! Once at the window i was handed part of my order and the man said give me money. After he scanned my app he said no and yelled GIVE ME MONEY. Im absolutely appalled by their service, the food was so stale and gives Dunkin a bad name.

Not just the WORST Dunkin store I’ve ever been to, but a terrible customer experience. Behavior of older woman taking orders is unpleasant & unprofessional. Lots of unhappy customers – LONG wait to receive the wrong items. The manager is visibly stressed & shouting loudly at staff. The guy & the young woman working the cooker are clearly trying their best in a bad situation.
The older woman needs to be terminated & effective management practices installed.
I’ve never understood the appeal or expense of Starbucks, but I did today, there’s a store across the street, really pleasant experience, nice coffee, staff who care about customer experience.
Dunks just lost a customer of 30 years, Starbucks gained my money & loyalty today.

I came in to the dunks looking for the spider straw topper. It was 7:40p a few nights ago, website and store hours for dunks is til 8p with drive thru open til 9p. Per Google, anyways there was an older man who was super rude when I was excited to see the spider collection. He barked at me “we are closed”. Mean while I’m like there is still 15 minutes left. Whether or not he had coverage is irrelevant, you do not speak to customers like that regardless of the day you had. If you can’t handle a customer service base job then go do something else. So being so miserable and change what you don’t like. This location has always been the worst, whether it’s wrongly made orders or just the staffs crappy attitudes. Think twice before going into this specific dunks, id rather drive the extra 5 minutes into Wakefield.

The manager told an older woman to take my order, she shouted NO then he told her again. She had just finished saying how disgusting one of the machines was. She walked up to me said “what do you want?” with a rude tone and as I said my order she huffed and was annoyed. I immediately (in front of her manager) told her nevermind and I will not be spoken to like that and her extremely poor behavior was unacceptable. I hope she is written up for her disgusting behavior.
Please don’t go there!

It was 8pm on the dot and nobody but me around, still had coffee and donuts stacked, everything still working and this guy tells me closed. You couldn’t just give me ONE donut out of the 75 donuts you are going to throw away anyways? Dunkin donuts wastes so much “food” its unbelievable. Theyd rather throw it in a dumpster than give it to a customer.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! WORST dunkins ever!!! 0 stars!!!! Pulled up to the line at the drive thru to listen to a 5 minute conversation between the worker and car at the speaker. Then when I finally get to the speaker she’s absolutely rude and talking the entire time she’s working when she tells you to hold on. She cuts you off when your talking and then says I’m rude when she’s the one swearing and being rude to me. The cold brew was burnt so I obviously I got the wrong coffee, the refresher was wrong and the coffee roll was so old and hard I could hammer a nail into wood. I repeat WORST dunkins ever!!!!
