This happens every time we order from the Airway Papa John’s. I always get the buffalo chicken Papadia and every time they put bacon on it. No where on the list of ingredients does it say that there is bacon. We have had to call previously to make sure they don’t put bacon on it because it happens so frequently (which is a hassle considering bacon isn’t even in the description for the food item).
Please don’t add extra ingredients if it doesn’t call for item(s) to be added.

Ordered a pick up online and the tracker said my order was done. When I arrived to pick it up the manager said my order wasn’t done yet and the guy in the back cooking yelled out “it will be done when its done!” … that is completely disrespectful and will be the last time I order from this store… I will go to the Wilmington store from now on..

I had got an order from doordash and the order was wrong . The manager was really nice and offered to give me a credit for it. But as it was for breakfast I was trying to eat it now and I think she got upset when I asked for it to be made again because this second time I got it made right it had chicken on it like I wanted but like such a small amount that is ridiculous for me paying for it at that point like don’t even trouble yourself putting Chicken on the pizza because you know it doesn’t help the pizza at all when you only put some on one slice. I was going to be nice and let it slide but when I had called her to talk about it she exclaimed that she knows that there’s chicken on there because she personally handmade it so that makes me think okay so she’s the manager and she didn’t make my pizza properly so she could be petty? And then slam the phone up in my face when I was doing nothing but being kind to her I said no mean words I was not having an attitude of any kind I was just trying to get my problem resolved and she just happened to make it worse. So my pizza was wrong. But Lexi handled the problem great I told her I’m not going back out tonight and I asked if they could remake my pizza and have it delivered. She said yes and that it would be no problem and no charge. They owned their mistake and thats what matters. Shout out to Lexi for making thing right.

Pizza is usually decent, but staff is pretty terrible. They are known for marking orders as ready in the app , but then make you wait 15 minutes in store or in the drive thru line. And dont dare get delivery, they are NEVER on time. Ever.
