Horrible experience and idiotic staff. I took my kids after class to get a kids meal at this location. They love Chipotle and we eat here frequently. I ordered two kids meals and the server noticed there were no small tortillas. This is when, who I assume was the manager, said to just use a large one, assuming they were just going to split it. I proceeded to order the kids sides and my salad. When we got to check out the server brought out the kids chips at which point the manager said to put them away and to charge me just for the large quesadilla. I told her I did not want that and wanted the two kids meals, at which point she sarcastically said, “well I told you we were out of the small tortillas.” I told her I was fine splitting the one but that my girls wanted the sides and the drink. She said she wouldn’t do that. I asked all this over a tortilla? And she said again that she would not do the kids meals because of the size of the tortilla. I then told her that this was ridiculous and that I couldn’t believe she would do all this over a tortilla and to cancel my whole order. As I walked out I saw them toss everything I ordered in the trash. So Chipotle basically lost out on way more money and ingredients over 1 single tortilla. Hopefully this person learns better customer service and that a single tortilla isn’t worth it.

I have heard bad things about chipotle takeout and how they skimp on ingredients, etc. so I thought I was safe with a quesadilla. They cannot mess that up, right? Wow. Just wow. Inedible. It’s mostly folded and burnt tortilla, with minimal hardened cheese, and a lot of chicken with a sizeable bone found in the first bite. Carryout was scheduled for 7. I picked up at 7:08. The food was just giving up its last bit of warmth as I was carrying it out of the restaurant.

I’ve been eating at Chipotle for years and have never had rice this overcooked. I ordered a burrito bowl and the rice was completely mushy and clumped together—far from the fluffy, well-seasoned rice I’ve always received in the past. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, Silvia, she had the audacity to say, “That’s how we cook our rice.”
Excuse me? I know what Chipotle rice is supposed to taste like, and this was absolutely not it. If this is truly how they’re cooking it now, it’s a major downgrade. But more likely, Silvia just didn’t want to admit there was a mistake. Very disappointed—not just in the quality of the food, but in the dismissive customer service.
Will not return to this location.

Extremely quick service, I walked in, ordered my food down the line, and walked out within 3 minutes. You tend to know what you’re expecting there and it doesn’t really deviate that much, thankfully you’re expecting pretty good food. Serving size is definitely large for me, but I consider that additional value. Definitely worth the price per calorie, not to mention easy protein and greens.

I visited on a saturday and had a burrito. And I have to say the service at this location has improved drastically. You can tell the minute you walk into the establishment. Post covid until about 1 year ago. This location had subpar service. The servers would skimp on servings, the back kitchen was a mess and the dining area was kept trashy. Now its made a complete 180⁰. And let me tell you, this day when I ate here, the sun was shining, the birds were chirping and the workers and establishment were giving off an A+ rating. Plus carne asada was back so my burrito was off the chain! I now give this place five stars!Keep up the great work chipotle! P.S even the food server had a heart on her nose which made my experience that much more enjoyable!

First time to try this establishment. It was ok. Service was great and the girl explained what each ingredient was. Presentation was a bit messy but she did try to clean it up. Pretty expensive for a side of guacamole. I to didn’t have utensils and napkins.

A typical Chipotle. The food is fairly good but very expensive. Their guacamole is very tasty but cost around $3.00 extra. The size of the bowls is large enough that for many people they will have leftovers for another day.
