I stopped in fairly quickly just to get to get an Americano. As I’d already eaten, I had no desire to eat another morsel. The restaurant was relatively empty, save for the staff and two customers. There was plenty of sunlight, artistic decor, and a few private books to choose from. I’ll give an updated review once I have a chance to sample the food and full service. Fingers crossed

This is a quiet hidden gem that Columbia really needed. The food is wonderful, the seating is eclectic and the art on the walls is top quality and for sale!!! I worked in food service for almost 17+ years and if you want to find out the quality of the business and cleanliness of the kitchen go look at the bathroom. This one was very clean and the faucet was too cute and very original. Overall id definitely come here again, especially after a long jog on the Riverwalk.

Everything was disappointing. I ordered an avocado bacon egg sandwich, but the kitchen staff only had one tiny frying pan and a small oven that clearly couldn’t handle multiple orders (even though the place wasn’t busy at all). After wasting 15 minutes mashing the avocado, they suddenly told me they were out of avocados! Then why bother preparing them in the first place? I was forced to switch to a cheaper meal — of course, with no refund. After waiting 40 minutes, I finally got something I could have easily made at home in five minutes. Again, the café wasn’t even that crowded. The whole experience felt as pathetic and ridiculous as a high school fair food stall.

This was such a cute coffee shop, so much space and the Turkey Avocado Croissant was delicious. They’re Nutella latte was also tasty and not too sweet. Overall, beautiful place to get some work done or even socialize!

The attitudes of the employees/barista’s ruins the experience of the coffee shop. It’s not ALL of them but enough to warrant a review.
If you have kitchen closing times, kindly state that or post a sign that returning customers can take note of. Doing so as a customer walks to the door without a word or acknowledgment is RUDE.
If one barista working alone at a time is overwhelming, either get someone who isn’t overwhelmed easily or add on some help. But customers being met with unwarranted frustration is again, RUDE.
I hope there are changes made because we like the coffee but the attitude takes away from the experience entirely.

I’ve walked, ran and jogged by this place for the last 2 months and let me tell you
I SHOULD’VE BEEN HERE SOONER!
I had a strawberry cheesecake shake and I was not disappointed! It tasted amazing and for someone like me that’s back on a weight loss journey it was just what I needed.
Side story;
They went above and beyond for me today! About 45minutes before I had got there I was finishing my cardio and I stumbled upon a hurt bird, i carried him with me to hopefully be able to save itself and let me tell you the staff member I had met earlier that day was amazing, I asked her for a small box to carry my bird in and without hesitation she went and found me one. What an amazing lady! I will be back at least once a week. I already love this place!!!

Upon arrival I was very pleased with the atmosphere, it is very welcoming along with great service. Anna met me with a smile and was so sweet and helpful. I can’t wait to come back! I got a turkey avocado BLT croissant and a snickerdoodle iced coffee. There are milk preferences for coffee as well as a bunch of different pastries and smoothies
